The title should speak for itself. This is substandard service at best for such a high priced item.

Update: After having to search for alternative options to contact Hydroflask as they didn't reply to my e-mail (apparently it was send to their junk mail???) I messaged them on facebook. After a delay they confirmed that the item was stuck with the logistics company they used (the logistics company has nothing but one star review on google and shall not be named). They said they would send another flask through urgently with the same company (yikes) and to get in contact with them if it doesn't arrive. Luckily the item came on the same day. I don't like making a fuss over things when I order something, it's stressful and I feel for the people on the other end who know their logistics chain is a mess but most likely get worse replies than what they got from me. I hope hdyroflask can do better in the future as their product wasn't bad (slight metallic taste in the flask but I managed to clean it out after a long time) .... Buyer beware

I got a hydroflask because of their 25% holiday sale. I got the 32 oz with the straw lid for 37$, 39$ tax included. I like how light it is but when I put ice in mine it only lasted a couple of hours. I've seen cheaper bottles have ice last for almost a day. It's overpriced but it is a nice water bottle.

placed order. tried to cancel. they refused saying it was already in process. i open the box that came and it's not even the color i ordered. they claim it is (they only put sku numbers on their order confirmation yet there are no sku numbers anywhere on their website or with the product when you order it so no way to have proof of the color you order). the color they sent IS NOT EVEN LISTED ON THE WEBSITE FOR THE TUMBLER I ORDERED. these people are scam artists. do not order from them!!!!!

Good quality and size but very heavy to carry anywhere with you! So keep that in mind before buying the product

My hydro flask was left open with a tiny bit of water in it for 2 days and this metal mold formed at the bottom. I scrubbed it many times and some came off but not all. It was not safe to drink out of so I called customer service for a new one. They told me to return it and I’ll get a new one, but they did not mention how I had to pay $34 dollars to return it! I would of bought a new one at that point that I wanted. Waste of time, just buy a new one.

I bought hydro flask to enjoy hot tea.
It did not work.
Tea never stayed warm for more than an hour.

Bad. I remember ordering the white hydro flask. Had to wait 3 or 4 months. I cant believe I wasted money on this rubbish. DO NOT ORDER HERE! THEY GIVE OUT FAKE HYDROFLASKS! When the hydro flask finally came the packaging looked very dodgy. It was a Styrofoam box wrapped around with tape and it felt very light. I thought the hydro flask was never gonna come so I already ordered the same kind off of amazon. Had to compare. The hydro flask is just a white bottle with the logo on it. The handle didn't have the logo on it. They named their website hydroflask .com so people think that they are the real deal. And they stole pictures from the original hydroflask company. Don't order here. Fake website. Fake bottles. Frauds. Order it from amazon instead and don't waste 30 dollars here. This is not the real website its a FAKE ONE trying to impersonate hydroflask.

Nice bottle. I have enjoyed using this bottle for awhile and it works great for me.

probably the best water bottle I've ever had my girlfriend got me one for valentines really amazing the only thing I would say is don't drop it it literally is so painful when you drop it lol

Customer service was actually really helpful. However, I’d expect them to be considering the first package they sent was just an empty box, there wasn’t a water bottle which I had ordered. They claim they’re sending a replacement, but even with my 2 day shipping they gave me, I have yet to get an update on the package after 6 days of waiting.

talked to a customer service rep--joan, so rude. she even advised me to cancel my order ( very bad for their business)

Shipped from chengdu,china covid19. We ordered a hydroflask thinking it was shipped from within the USA. The thing is being shipped directly from the center of communist china from a city called chengdu china. View this city on google maps. The tracking number leads us to china post where our cup is being held and delayed. We are afraid the cup may be infested with the covid19 virus they sent to us that killed millions of Americans. I don't want this cup now. I will burn the entire box with the cup inside if it ever gets here! Freaked out in Tampa, Florida USA.

Very disappointed with Hydro Flask. I bought a water bottle of theirs and a wide mouth straw lid, within 2 weeks there was a piece of the lid missing causing it to leak. I emailed customer service and never received a response. After 3 months with no response I finally went to Dick's Sporting Goods and bought another straw mouth lid which once again lost the same piece and is leaking again. I am not only very disappointed with the product but also their costumer service. I expect more after paying so much. Would not recommend purchasing anything from them.

SCAM!!! My order never arrives. I called, was on hold for 30 minutes with curt customer service woman (and I was nothing but kind). I had received and email that my Tote was shipped, but FedEx had no record of the tracking number. She stated it was 'lost' and said she would 2 day ship it. Well, its been well over 2 days. And, again, the tracking number sent seems bogus. I ordered from Hydroflask.com, so I assumed I'm not getting a fake company?? Still trying to get my money back at this point. NEVER ordering from them again.

Fraud! Theifs! Don't trust this company. They go by many names. Scam.

Please do not buy this flask if you want it to keep liquid hot. We bought two, they are not cheap but have used them twice now and water has not kept hot. We have not used them for cold liquid so cannot comment on this but don’t waste your money if you want hot tea or coffee. Ours are going back!

Stop - do not buy from this company. They steele your money and do not ship your order. Have waitet several weeks and have not received any information of dispatch - crooks !

The company does not stand behind their product. I have purchased a few of their 40 oz flasks and one of them dropped and dented. Their response was to tell me the how great their product is and they won't replace it. do yourself a favor BUY CONTIGO PRODUCTS. They are quick to address your problem, very professional and friendly and don't give you lip service. I don't know why I was foolish enough to by a Hydro Flask

such an amazing watter bottle absulutly love it the quality is great a little bit pricey but tottaly worth it!

I was trying to use my lifetime warranty to get a replacement. The website wouldn’t allow me to upload a photo despite using ALL the file formats listed. Also, the error message was just horribly incorrect grammar. I tried calling, sending emails, DMing on insta, and they FINALLY got back to me over Facebook messenger after 3 weeks. If you get a HydroFlask—order off of AMAZON. Although I personally did not have a problem with shipping before, others seem to have a horrible time. I’ll keep purchasing but I’m hoping that I’ll never have to report back to them again.
