We are waiting for a refund for the ice rink apparently “losing” my sons expensive new trainers. 2 hours out of our day to replace them as my son had nothing on his feet to be told we would be promptly reimbursed. Nothing but stress and inconvenience since and still no sign of the money. Shame on you Winter Wonderland

Shockingly awful. Way too over rounding, full of pickpockets, my wife nearly had her handbag stolen twice in two hours.
Ice kingdom is laughable for the cost. Games are basically designed to scam you out of your money if you want to win a you that’s worth £5 at most.
Food is poor and not fresh, felt like meat sat in the pot for a day or two.
Will never return again.

I recently visited Winter Wonderland and was quite disappointed. Almost all (if not all) the game stands had prizes provided by a company called Oakes Leisure Limited, and they were truly horrendous. They only had stuffed animals that were poorly made and deformed, with no real care put into their design. It felt as though the organisers were purely focused on profit, cutting corners with cheap, low-quality items that many people will likely throw away, contributing to unnecessary waste.

To make matters worse, some of the prizes were oversized stuffed bananas and animals, bigger than a human, which seemed both absurd and wasteful. The food stands only added to the problem by relying entirely on disposable items, creating even more waste.

Winter Wonderland should seriously reconsider its approach, offering better, more sustainable prizes and taking responsibility for its environmental impact. It’s time they stopped prioritising profits and started taking climate change seriously, providing experiences that are less harmful to the environment and more respectful to their customers.

I am extremely angry and disappointed with the way my issue has been handled. I purchased two extra tickets for the private pod on the giant wheel, mistakenly ordering three when I only needed one for my family. I immediately contacted customer service for help, yet Adam, the Senior Customer Support Agent, failed to properly address my issue in the very first email. If that wasn’t bad enough, Chloe, another Senior Customer Support Agent, didn’t bother to follow up after her email, forcing me to chase her for an update repeatedly.

This level of incompetence and disregard is completely unacceptable. I over-purchased tickets, an honest mistake, yet your team’s utter lack of professionalism has made it impossible to resolve this issue. Why have I still not been refunded? This should have been a straightforward process, and your failure to deliver even basic customer service is appalling. I demand an immediate resolution to this issue and a full refund.

Le Chalet Fondue was overbooked and bad service. Winter Wonderland in general was too crowded this year and not as good as previous years

complete rip-off merchants...beer enclosure ordered two glasses of wine ...given tiny plastic cup two inches in size with 'rose; wing ... watered down with no taste..
food stalls expensive and uneatable...
paid £22.00 for circus... arrived late to show entry-time as i was unwell on route (explained I have leukemia) and become exhausted at times when traveling and need to sit down to rest ... refused entry and refused use in later shows... and finally 'refused refund' absolute thieves.

The only good thing is security on entry.
1. No christmas magic or theme
2. No map santas grotto iceland skating etc just tacky food stalls far far far too many
3. I felt i was in shantyland with millions of food stalls money money money gross awful no fun no magic felt like a run down fairground nothing to do .

20 years ago it was magical not now??

Please tell people to save their money for the family and take the kids to lapland uk or christmas illumination lights better value for money and soooo much more worth it

My name is Arun Louis. I visited Winter Wonderland on the 3rd of December and used my Revolut digital card to pay for food and games during my visit. However, after leaving the park, I noticed unauthorized charges on my account. Shockingly, I was charged again on the 4th of December without my authorization.

This appears to be a case of fraud, and I am deeply disappointed with the lack of oversight on vendor activities. These unauthorized charges have now exceeded £100.

I kindly request that you investigate this matter urgently and take strict action against the responsible vendor(s). Please let me know how this issue will be resolved

Although visiting in the last was good, I am really disappointed in the customer service of the booking process. I have a brain injury and have been struggling with the bookings process online. It has a 20minute expiry time before reseting the page. I had booked several attractions but when I go to pay it only displays 1 attraction. I called and they said I can only resolve this on a chat bot. Why can't I speak to a human via voice call to help with the situation!!!! They should adress there procedures in order to facilitate people with disabilities. Very disappointed!!!!!!

Most definitely not worth the money, staff not all that friendly/helpful. Dated, with little to do. A handful of fair attractions (if that’s what you can call them) Grandaughter had a voucher for facepainting/glitter tattoo to be turned away because they had just closed, after watching 3year old granddaughter choose which glitter tattoo - hence left feeling upset. Won’t be returning 😡

Paid ahead for tickets. Long queue. It's really lost its Christmassy, magical atmosphere. It has become a heaving, loud, tacky theme park. Rough character on mass too. Overpriced boutique items and food. They must be charging the vendors so much that they have no choice to overcharge. May as well go to Blackpool. Would be cheaper. Flooring for some reason metal, slippery and uneven. Very, very disappointed haven’t been for several years. It also saddened me to see people torturing their dogs with the noise and crowds. Saw several terrified animals there. A bit like me after tonight. Will not be back. It's spoiled.

Would give zero stars if I could. Booked in advance and booked for a number of rides for a family of 5 of us. We went to the last ride at 9:40pm which we had paid £10 pp. we had entered the park at 7.30, the session we had booked, and booked 5 rides which would have given us 2.5 hours to do the 5 rides. When going to the final ride at 9:40 the staff turned us away saying they were closing the ride. So we had paid £10pp and they didn’t honour it. There was no explanation as to why it was closing, there was no queue. When explaining we had already booked a ticket we were told to go online for a refund. When contacting the company for a refund we were told they are entitled to close rides at any point and terms and conditions state they can close the rides an hour before park closing.
The whole park is over priced and the number of people in the park is dangerous. This not a Christmas experience, it’s basically an overpriced fun fair with terrible customer service. Do not waste your money, they have taken the Christmas spirit and are scamming customers for as much money as they can. Daylight robbery.

What an absolute rip off. Paid for Unlimited Santaland Pass which was advertised for young families only to get there and find most of the included rides has height restrictions so my son couldn't actually ride any. Someone who'd experienced the same issue as us said that earlier during the day, the ride operator was letting kids under the height ride with an adult but that wasn't the case for us.

Food was SO overpriced and the whole day was far from a wonderland. Never again. Do not waste money or time on this... Next year will probably be even worse as they find new ways to squeeze people for money and overcharge on everything.

I don't know how the organisers think it's acceptable.

I know people say the worst place might be hell but I then I think hell is here (winter wonderland)... I have never experience such a bad costumer service I wouldn't even recommend this place to the devil.. even the so called managers and the worst people to speak to.. bad attitude.
I think is time to give a different company a chance because winter wonderland does not deserve such a nice park in Hyde Park corner.. plus they steal your money..

Don't prebook. Waste time and money.

I prebook and paid real ice slide and arrived on time. There was a long queue and I waited for 30 mins for just moving 1/4. I wasted GBP20 finally and I have to leave for another evens. I will never go Winter Wonderland again.

This is a disaster. They OVERBOOK each and every attraction. Pure tourist trap. Don't waste your money. Especially, do NOT prebook anything. There is no way you can attend any prebooked attraction because they completely OVERBOOK every attraction and you'll face tremendous long waiting lines (2 hours, easily).

Ripped off at at qpark firstly who is just beneath the winter wonderland. Paid 60£ for 1 car. Cost me 120 for two cars.
