Huepar Official Laser Level 

The customer service team is very kind and helpful, and they respond quickly. Shipping is also fast — the products arrived in Hungary in just about a week and a half.

I ordered two laser levels, and one of them had an issue with one of the vertical laser lines, which was not working. They resolved the problem immediately, and the replacement unit is currently on its way to me.

Even due to my own malfeasance (trying to walk by the rotary laser with a 12' ladder while it's up on the pole) and knocking it down to crack the sight glass, Huepar support was very prompt at sending a replacement glass for me. Great service, great product

I purchased the Huepar W040CG
Laser level and accessories kit. During use in the middle of my bathroom renovation, I experienced the High quality performance of this product, but I some how ended up in a state where it would no longer auto level. Contacted Heupar support team and within a few hours received feedback on how to reset the auto leveling system from Carina Xu from the Huepar Support Team. Quick resolution to my issue. Recommend they put the 5 second process on how to reset it on their users guide and online. Thank you.

Ho comprato la livella laser B03CG e, anche se è appena arrivata e quindi non ho una lunga esperienza di utilizzo, mi sembra molto ben costruita e affidabile. Ho messo 4 stelle solo per le procedure, perché quando l’ho messa nel carrello c’era uno sconto del 10% e nessun codice per applicarlo. Ho scritto al servizio clienti, mi hanno detto de inviare loro gli screenshot della pagina del sito e del mio carrello, ma non mi hanno più risposto. Alla fine ho comprato lo stesso pensando che al momento dell’ordine sarebbe stato applicato, invece no. Comunque ho inviato la mia lamentela all’azienda, che ha emesso il rimborso. Quindi tutto bene, però suggerisco a Huepar di sistemare la questione direttamente sul sito.

My Huepar LS04CG was accidentally dropped from about 2.8 meters and stopped working. Although accidental damage is not covered by the warranty, Huepar offered me an excellent goodwill solution. For only €10 shipping, they sent me a replacement ZK04CG from their European warehouse.

The device arrived quickly and was in perfect, like-new condition, with everything still sealed. The customer service was friendly, fast, and very professional throughout the entire process.

I am very impressed with the support and will definitely recommend Huepar to others. Thank you!

A la réception de la machine, il ne fonctionnait pas, je n'avais pas de lignes laser qui s'allumaient.
En revanche, j'ai pris contact aussitôt avec le SAV, qui m'a répondu rapidement et trooouver une solution au problème. En l'occurrence ils m'ont renvoyé une nouvelle machine que j'ai reçu dans les 4 jours qui ont suivi.
