Huepar Official Laser Level 

Good service

I purchased this item 4 years ago and it worked great. Unfortunately, it stopped working a fews ago. I contacted customer service and they were very professional and eager to find a remedy for me. It was determined that my laser level was out of warranty, but Carina was able to have a refurbished unit sent to me at no charge. It is refreshing that good customer service still exists and company’s will stand behind their products. Thanks again.

Ces derniers temps j’ai eu un problème avec mon niveau laser, le service client m’ont suivi d’A à Z m’ont expliqué les étapes à suivre puis de trouver une solution très rapide pour un remplacement à neuf de mon niveau laser. Je suis donc très satisfait d’avoir acheté cette marque vivement recommander dans le futur.

Excellent product and customer service

First of all, the quality of the laser level that I purchased is top - notch, especially at the price point! Sadly, mine stopped turning on after about a year of use, so I reached out to Huepar, and their customer service has been superb. They honored their warranty and had a new level on the way to me the same day I contacted them. I'm very grateful to them, and highly recommend Huepar and will be buying from them in the future.

Customer service was excellent and they quickly replaced the battery which had become defective.

OFFENSICHTLICH wird Huepar .Eu über Bewertungen auf Trustpilot informiert und reagiert in meinem Fall überraschend vorbildlich darauf. Nachdem ich vor 2 Tagen Huepar.eu schlecht bewertet habe ( diese meine Bewertung ist nachstehen angeführt),wurde ich gestern per mail von Huepar kontaktiert und mir die Rückzahlung meiner Zahlung zugesichert und eine Entschuldigung beigefügt. Die Rückzahlung habe ich heute erhalten !! Ich finde das von Huepar.eu äußerst korrekt und fair,zumal ich damit nicht mehr gerechnet habe.Danke

„ Ich habe bei Huepar .Eu einen Kreuzlinienlaser bestellt. Erst danach habe ich auf Youtube einen Kreuzlinienlaservergleich im Außennahbereich 2-3 m gesehen ,wo dieser Laser sehr schlecht abgeschnitten habe. Daraufhin habe ich den Auftrag storniert,wie es auch als option unter FAQ der homepage möglich ist. Auf Rückfrage von Huepar habe ich die dann auch noch die Begrünung für die Stornierung angeführt. Seither reagiert Huepar aber nicht mehr auf meine Mails . Rückzahlung habe ich bisher nicht erhalten und werde dies wohl auch nicht mehr bekommen“.

I've brought a few products from this company now, they've always worked well and they've been a reasonable price.
I had an issue with my latest purchase, contacted customer service about the issue and they responded promptly, within a couple of emails the problem was fixed.
I will definitely be buying other products from them.

Extremely pleasing experience dealing with Huepar customer service. Very responsive communications, always polite with clear questions and answers, tracking information and follow-up to ensure satisfaction. Customer service is obviously a top priority with Huepar. 

Huepar Customer services have dealt with my requirement for a replacement remote control module quickly, efficiently, and courteously. A positive experience that merits high praise.
