Huepar Official Laser Level 

I have bee using Huepar Laser level full kit and Digital tape measure. The Eqipment is first class and easy to use. My work flow is much easier and so much faster. I depend on all of my tools and build trust using them, customer support, reliability and quality.
I cannot fault Huepar Equipment.
Customer Service is second to none.
Top Tier.

Great customer service there was a little hiccup but it was taken care of promptly and I'm very happy

I purchased huepar s04cg without high expectations because of low price, but it blew me away, it outperformed bosh laser level for triple the price.
I use it outdoors, in direct sunlight, line is visible around 20-30ft, in cloudy day around 70ft, with receiver good for 100+ft.
There was problem with all 4 lines at the same time. They would bleed out.
Contacted huepar customer service, explained situation and they are sending me new complete unit with no charge and can keep old one for parts.
One thing huepar could improve:
Magnetic adjustable stand, idea is amazing, but it’s made out of plastic and adjustment knobs are quite flimsy, but I can’t complain too much since price is more than right.
I would highly suggest huepar products.

Easy to order and delivery should have been fast if the delivery driver did not rob me of my package but as good as huepar is they sent out an replacement for no additional cost which is amazing customer support and i look forward to get the laser and report on it's performance

Es sollte ein deutsches YouTub Video hinzugefügt werden, damit man nicht erst einen KI-Übersetzer installieren muss. Das Gerät habe ich bisher 2 mal in Innenräumen eingesetzt. Es funktionierte gut.

The support team was very responsive and helpful. They showed genuine concern and solved my issue right away.

The Huepar support team was quick to answer my questions and quick replacement for my warrantee on my laser.
We have multiple lasers in use all the time on my job sites. We find new was to use our lasers all the time.
I love that they come in a compact hard case, that is durable and has all the fixings perfectly stored in it.

Product is great for carpentry work light stays strong love the 2 battery pack 1 for Aa it rechargeable and customer service is amamzing they stand behind their product I has a spall part of. The stand break while using it and they replaced it quickly

Huepar have been fantastic following up on their warranty. Less than a week and a new one has been sent out to me. The instagram team was fantastic at replying to any questions I had in between emailing customer service. Absolutely fantastic!

Both times I have reached out to them they have had a quick response and have resolved my issues very efficiently!

Custimer service was quick to answer questions I had regarding a faulty part. They assured me they would send the new part to replace the faulty one. Very quick action in resolving my issue.

After a defect, they sent a replacement battery to try, didn't work so they sent a new laser. All of this a bit after the 1 year warranty so glad they did exchange.
