I've request for an issue at the billing document and they've solved as fast as possible.

A few years back my buddy kept borrowing my "other brand" laser, so I looked into one for him to purchase and came across the Huepar brand. I borrowed his a few times to try out and really liked it, so when it came time to replace mine I ordered a Huepar for myself and one for my brother inlaw. Within a couple of months one of the lasers on my unit quit working and I wondered if maybe I made the wrong choice recommending them to people. I submitted a service request to the support team and within days of determining the unit could not be repaired they have shipped me a replacement at no charge
Huepar make a great product and even great products can fail, but as I've learned Huepar also stand by their product.
I will definitely keep promoting Huepar lasers to people I know.
