Suite à un problème avec mon laser HX04CG, j’ai contacté l'équipe d'assistance Huepar et Carina Xu a été extrêmement réactive et professionnelle.
Un remplacement m’a rapidement été proposé. J’ai finalement choisi le remboursement afin d’acheter le modèle S04CG. Le remboursement a été effectué rapidement et, à ma grande surprise, Huepar m’a même laissé conserver le HX04CG avec ses accessoires !
Un service client à l’écoute, efficace et avec un vrai sens commercial. Bravo Huepar ! Je recommande sans hésitation.

I saw an ad with discounts and gifts. I thought it was fake. I followed the link. I ordered and paid on the official website. Everything was delivered quickly and in full. After two years, the laser went out. I called in under warranty, and they said they'd replace it with a new one.

Contacted customer service to inquire about a laser with a line that was getting hard to see after several months' use. I got a reply within minutes and after verifying the issue, the customer service rep arranged to ship a replacement that will arrive in a few days. 5-star customer service!

I normally don't leave previews unless they're regarding defective or deficient products and or service. In this case, I am happy to post a review that is very positive!
I ordered this Huepar laser level and used it a few times over a period of 2 months. 3 months later I went to use it again and it was not functioning. I decided I would try to contact the Huepar customer service with not much hope of getting satisfaction. I assume the issue would be deemed a customer-induced problem and there would be no help. But I thought I would give it a shot.
I found the customer support contact info and sent them an email and to my surprise I had a response within a few hours. The request was to provide the basic information regarding the purchase( serial number, order number, etc.). I provided that. And in a couple days I had a response from this customer support team stating the model I bought was no longer available and that they would supply and upgraded model free of charge which was received a few days later. Needless to say, I was very surprised and pleased with the Huepar product support. I am also happy with the device and how well it works and would recommend this or other Huepar products based on my experience.

I completely and stupidly confused laser receivers with laser measuring devices. The Huespar team patiently and sensitively explained my error. Good job

Ich habe viel von der Marke gehört und viel und arbeite auch viel an der Arbeit damit. Daher habe ich mir auch ein läser bestellt. Ich hatte damit ein kleines problem, aber mir wurde sehr schnell und hilfsbereit geholfen.

I’m very happy with my Huepar laser level. It is a very functional, convenient, and easy-to-use tool. It has all the features I need for my work and makes many tasks much easier and more accurate.
I also had an issue with my laser level, but the customer support was excellent. Carina from the Huepar Support Team responded quickly, provided clear instructions, and arranged a replacement laser level for me.
I really appreciate the professional and helpful service. Huepar took care of the issue quickly and made sure I was satisfied with the solution.
