After having a chair recovered by a local company, Home Decors sourced the matching fabric and made up a pair of cushions for me. The cushions are beautifully made and filled. The delivery company they use also deserve a mention.

I am delighted with the roman blind, ordered for kitchen window. Excellent service from start to finish. Kept well informed of order’s progress and delivery. Delivered on time, very well packaged. Was a little nervous not having used the company before but a lovely quality blind that I am delighted with.

Such an excellent experience. Fantastic selection of fabrics with amazing and responsive staff who care about getting your order right. I could not recommend more highly.

I was initially sceptical about using an online company to make our full length livingroom curtains, after reading some good reviews I decided to go ahead.
I cannot fault House Decor Interiors, from start to finish they provided excellent communication. The curtains are lovely, really well made and perfect length. They arrived beautifully packaged and had no creases at all.
All for a fraction of the price we were quoted from a couple of shops, I highly recommend them.

Disappointing experience. I ordered fabric and lining and was then told that my fabric was out of stock. I was given options (accept two smaller pieces of fabric or wait for stock, initially a week, which quickly became a further 6 weeks) these did not suit me so I cancelled. I said I was still happy to accept the lining (bear in mind I was told this had already been cut so really I felt like I was doing them a favour by not cancelling altogether) as a result I am now being charged postage costs due to my order now falling below the free delivery threshold. I asked if that could be reconsidered but was told no. They seemed surprised that I assumed that being able to place an order on their website suggested to me that an item was actually in stock. I was told that in the future I should call to check that something is actually available before I place an order.
The delivery charge feels unfair and short sighted to me, but House Decor don’t see my issue at all.

Kept informed about possible delay which didn’t happen so got delivery within a couple of days

I ordered curtains to be made up for a bay window. Joanne in the office was so helpful with my questions about measuring for them as I was a bit anxious about getting it right.
My curtains are now here just 3 weeks from my order date. They were well packaged and arrived without creasing. The courier service was efficient and kept me informed about the delivery time.
The curtains are beautifully made with great attention to detail and the pattern was very carefully matched when joining the lengths for the wide curtains. They look lovely.

This was the first time I had used this company. Joanne was always helpful and the two sets of curtains I received were beautifully made. I have already submitted an order for another pair of curtains.

Ordered some fabric and after a week it hadnt arrived. So i got in touch (no one bothered to communicate with me) to find out the order wasn’t even on its way and they were waiting to hear from their supplier. They didnt have the common sense to tell me it was delayed and i had to find out by chasing myself and it was beyond the promised due date by this point, so that certainly isnt sorting something out ASAP! Asked for a postage refund due to the inconvenience and was told no - Probably the only company who wouldn’t offer it in the first place, let alone say no when asked. AVOID, not a customer centric business AT ALL. Awful from start to finish.

Curtains are really well made. Price was excellent and delivered by date given at start of order. My only slight niggle was having to ask for progress. Would be useful to keep people informed if everything is on track, or not!

The customer service provided by this company is second to none. I needed assistance with my wallpaper order as we were unsure of exactly how many rolls were needed. The advice and help given was brilliant. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Also the wallpaper ordered was cheaper here than other home decor companies so win, win. I contacted this company and had lovely experience of talking with the company’s employees. Very friendly and welcoming people who are ready to help in any matter. I recommend this company to everyone for cooperation.

It's not an easy task to get the estimation of the number of wallpaper right, it’s even more difficult when you need to cover challenge areas such as high ceiling walls around the staircase and hallways. Even the professional decorators got it wrong this time. We ended up 8 rolls of wallpaper short in one design and 1 roll in another design. I contacted Joanne who responded promptly and waved her magic wand, the wallpapers magically appeared at the front door when we woke up in a very early morning. The renovation has been beautifully completed just Tim time for Christmas - one day before Christmas Eve. My husband and I are so happy and grateful for Joanne’s help that we are going to order more wallpaper from House Decor Interiors for the guest room. Their service is highly recommended.

I have never come across a company who will not accept returns of unused, unopened wallpaper! Any reputable business would do so, however this company provide a measuring tool to tell you how much you need…insult you to say maybe you should have contacted a professional to work this out when you complain that the tool overcalculated the requirements and then they refuse any returns! This is clearly disproportionally advantageous to them. When questioned they suggest that you should have not relied on their tool and instead ‘reserved’ potentially required additional rolls…I’ve never known anyone partially paper a room and then revisit it due to potential stretching/shrinking…a completely non sensical ‘service’. You will be met with a wall of ‘it’s in our terms and conditions’ very disingenuous and very unhelpful!

Joanne patiently answered all our questions before we committed to our purchase. The curtains arrived today (well packaged) and we were able to hang them straight on to our track.The quality of the workmanship is fantastic and we will be ordering again shortly.

The curtains were really well made and the colours of the Limosa fabric were rich and vibrant. The whole process took around 5 weeks from ordering to delivery, which was longer than I had expected but worth the wait.
