Won't refund defective items
We bought two bathroom sets from them, and one arrived with one part significantly damaged and unusable. When I contacted them about this requesting a replacement, they instead offered just a measly 10% refund on the damaged item (!!!). I of course did not accept that, and they went up to 30% saying more was "not possible" which is absurd. I told them that wasn't acceptable either and they stopped responding to my emails. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. The items we got that weren't damaged are very nice, though they were packaged very amateurishly in loose broken styrofoam shards which were a big pain to clean up.
