I am delighted with my new curtains, they are beautifully made and the fabric hangs beautifully and enhances the room.

Britannia Rose have an awesome selection of fabrics. We chose the beautiful 'Botanical Peacock' for the curtains, blinds and cushions to go with our new petrol-coloured velvet sofa and armchair. Were so pleased that we ordered four more cushions in the same fabric for the dining chairs in our conservatory. Delighted with the company's service, quality of workmanship and overall impact of the finished look. Thank you

Really poor, Wanted to return some unused wallpaper rolls and after chasing for two weeks they said that they would not accept return as it was outside of a return window.
This window BTW is coincidently missing from there website.
Who only allows a 14 day return for something like this!!

They clearly don't get much return business as the customer service is shocking

Very professional very courteous very helpful I ordered two samples they were sent beautifully packaged lovely covering letter and the after sales follow-up was amazing. It’s really a good professional company. Some might think oh old-fashioned but they care about customer service Which to me wins over and every level because if they’re that professional from the start the product product the quality to finish at the sales of the service will be amazing.
