Like many before me, I wish I had read the reviews!
Sadly too many of these companies on the internet, looked great, and were not cheap, I assumed it was Australia based.
The tracking never worked, and it keeps referring me back to my partially fulfilled order!
Slick reply ignoring the dodgy tracking, telling me to track it!
Have asked for a refund on a no show basis but am dubious as I believe it’s an OS country and I stupidly did not pay with PayPal 🫣
I could kick myself! 🫣

i wish i had seen the reviews before i brought this clock. It tooks weeks to come and when it did it was from China and it didn't even work. I emailed them - no reply! Now i have raised a case with Paypal.

This is not an Australian company because Australia will have LAWS to PROTECT consumers.
CHINA on the other hand, does NOT have any LAWS that protect consumers, which is not suprising.

Apparently you may not return it unless it is damaged - which mine is from the way it was packaged. I can imagine the process for getting my money back is horrendous now that I have realised who I am dealing with.

Criminal behaviour. Overpriced. Three weeks for delivery all blamed conveniently on covid & the one item I received, of the two I purchased, is the cheapest, nastiest, literal bag of lumpy rubbish I have ever had in my home.

Sold as a plushie for my daughter, it arrived bound in a plastic rubbish bag, like garbage. Squashed, vile fabric, no details, limp & lumpy. NOTHING ike the image on the wesbite
Ripped off & stolen from. I hate myself for getting conned. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I placed an order for a Christmas present on 28.11.20 with no information relating to the fact that the deliveries can take 45 business days! Apparently it’s In their terms and conditions link on their website but certainly nowhere to be seen when placing an order.
Three weeks passed so I chased up the order, I was given the tracking number for a Chinese delivery company which appeared to show no movement. So I contacted them to confirm I would like to cancel the order as I was unaware of the ridiculous delivery policy and was advised that they cannot do so if the ‘customer changes their mind.’ I’m still waiting to find out if this can be refunded when this actually arrives in 2021.

This is a company claiming to be an Australian company that makes and delivers in Australia only. I bought a product from their website and when I received an email with the tracking number and the link to track it, I found out the link just took me to a blank Japanese site that just had the logo of a company and a box to enter the tracking number which when I entered the number just said travelling to Australia from Australia. I waited like a month with no sign of where the package was. I had purchased the product using PayPal so I issued a report to the company and they replied within 24 hours claiming it was sent through Australia Post, which is a completely different courier than the one they sent me. I then enter the tracking number they gave me into the Aus post website and saw that they had got a tracking number and scanned the package like 2-3weeks ago but never sent it. I brought this up to them through PayPal and they instantly replied saying it was sent already, later that day I got a confirmation email from aus post saying that my package was sent an hour after my conversation with them by someone with a Japanese name. I waited a week and the package finally arrived although the item was tiny and made of cheap plastic and on the box said made in China, even though they claimed and even confirmed in my conversation with them that they make their products in Australia which makes me wonder why I paid $50 plus shipping for something so badly made.
