I called and requested two rooms for…
I called and requested two rooms for 2:00 AM. I spoke with an AI robot who booked me non-refundably for the wrong date. I called the hotel hoping they could fix the issue. They hung up on me after I explained the issue. My card was charged for the stay I was unable to complete.

Don’t Book Here
I booked a hotel in June for October. Paid the cancellation insurance and can’t get a refund. They want receipts and letters from my company. I have never had to provide anything like this to cancel a reservation.
Horrible customer service. Stay away!

This experience was terrible
This experience was terrible. I charged more that what I was told. The customer service was absolutely awful. I was told the price can change in less than a minute even while I was was inputting my payment info. I was rudely told to call the hotel & that there are NO Refunds then I wan hung up on. Terrible

Comfort Inn Assistance
Juan was amazing with helping me with my hotel reservation. The initial reservation was at a comfort Inn. In suites, which was not desirable, he took the situation and turned it around, and I was able to get a reservation at another comfort suites, which was up the street
