I thought I was booking through Best Western Rewards!
I thought I was booking through Best Western Rewards On Line! I inquired as to that fact…It was only after I booked the reservation and provided my credit card information…That I became aware of the possibility this was a Third Party Reservation…As I was encouraged to provide reservation insurance…when as A Best Western Rewards Member I am always given a Cancellation date! I was able to location a Best Western Rewards number to verify that my reservation was a third party reservation. Very deceptive and improper and I notified a Real Best Western Rewards Representative to share my concerns about this deceptive practice by HotelPlanner.com
If available I would NOT provide A STAR! I will be monitoring my credit card for any fraudulent activity!

My flight got switched
My flight got switched. Airlines could not accommodate me. I called you for help. Explained I needed a room right now. It was 1:30am. Got confirmation number went to hotel and they were booked solid. Asked for a human. No one answered the phone so much for AI

Erroneous booking
The representative made the booking for the wrong date and then refused to help me change it. It was impossible to get anyone on the phone who could help me. I tried to book for July 5th (arriving after midnight and checking out later that morning); the representative booked me for July 5, checking in after 3pm, checking out July 6th.

Update: Subsequently, I was able to get in touch with helpful customer service representatives from HotelPlanner, who were able to offer a partial refund given my experience. This gave me greater confidence in HotelPlanner, and I’m willing to give them another shot in the future.

This has been a nightmare
This has been a nightmare. When I arrived at the hotel, there were available rooms even though I was told that there was one reserved for me. Extremely poor business practices.
