The customer service was phenomenal by Mr. Jason.
Mr. Jason was very patient with me. He took his time with me. He explained everything to me and he really calmed my fears. I was afraid that he was trying to steal my credit card information. Because on the website it said I can pay once I make it to the hotel. He assured me that I can pay once I make it to the hotel; however, I may not get it at this low rate. I received my confirmation and everything when to my email. I feel great about this experience now. Thank you so much Mr. Jason,

Incorrect Information on Hotel Availability
I asked THREE times if this hotel had power as our area has widespread electrical outages. I was told that the hotel definitely has power. Reservations were made. The credit card was charged and upon arrival the hotel DID NOT HAVE ELECTRICITY AND WAS CLOSED. Not only disappointing but I feel deceptive practices and I am disputing the charge.
