We had to change our booking for Battersea Lift 109+Afternoon Tea at the Royal Horseguards Hotel, and this was taken care of by Katie Goodhew, who was very helpful & swift in re-arranging this for us. I recommend.

Katie was extremely helpful - she resolved our issue within in hour and put our mind at ease.

Katie Goodhew went the extra mile to sort out my experience vouchers on my behalf and I was able to use them as hoped, which was an activity my friend and I had really been looking forward to. I was so grateful that Katie took the time to sort this out on my behalf because I have a lot of day-to-day responsibility and wouldn't have been able to prioritise something fun for myself over everything else, but it was time off that was really needed. Excellent above and beyond customer Service received from both Dee M and Katie G when asking for a particular date that was not listed on the availability calendar. They both went out of their way to obtain the date we required for 8 people to Mama Mia the party. They were both very informative and quick to reply to any questions I had. Thank you both again for all your help. Couldn’t have asked for more! Now the countdown is on to the party! So exciting 🤩

We had brought a virgin experience voucher for a show in London but upon booking there were only 2 seats available and we needed 4. Katie contacted the show and asked for them to allocate more seats to her and she completed the rest-totally stress free!

I made a mistake booking and event with Hospitalityline and despite their t&cs they was understanding and helped me change the date. Katie Goodhew was very helpful and easy to communicate with.
