I had booked an event in London through Hospitality Line and then found one of my party could not attend due to a vital hospital appointment cropping up later. I contacted Dee who was very understanding and through her own great efforts was able to get the event date changed despite the provider's Ts & Cs clearly stating (understandably) that it was not possible. Dee was incredibly efficient, keeping me fully informed along the way - an absolute miracle worker. This is clearly an events management company with a difference, providing excellent service with a can-do attitude that is far superior to previous lacklustre experiences I have suffered with other similar companies before. I will absolutely recommend Hospitality Line to everyone in future. It is the first time I have used them but definitely not the last. Thank you Dee for everything.

I rang hospitality line and spoke with Dee…well what can I say really she was so helpful and rang Wisley explaining and emailed me back within an hour with e-tickets for our entry and all went smoothly.
She was really cheerful and a pleasure to deal with.

I was gifted a wonderful experience for 3 for Harry Potter tour and afternoon tea, I wanted to add another adult. I spoke with Dee who helped me add the date, take details and send me all I needed. Its never easy working the period between Xmas and NY and Dee was very polite, professional and 100% solution oriented . Thank you!

We were given a voucher for a Christmas present by our daughter for a visit to RHS Harlow Carr in Harrogate. We were due to visit the Harrogate area on the 29th December for a few days and thought it would be a nice way to start our trip in the area so we went online to redeem the voucher.
That was on the Friday, we were hoping to use the voucher on the Monday. We received the stock email saying we could only use the voucher once the confirmation email was sent to us. With it being a weekend we feared it would not happen.
We travelled on the Monday hoping everything would be sorted whilst we travelled and sure enough when we got to Harrogate there was a confirmation email telling us our booking was confirmed, but to follow a link to download the actual voucher.
The link did not work so I had to ring the company. Emma answered, listened and sorted it for us within seconds! We got our trip and the company could not have been more helpful at such short notice.

The communication with the hospitality team was very good with prompt response. I was regularly updated with progress of my query.

Booked our works Christmas party via the website for 12 people, confirmed by email, plenty of spaces showing on the website. Team booked rooms at the hotel the party was at. Was then emailed saying there was no availability. Told the room booking was not their issue. Still no refund.
Avoid this company. Book direct with a venue!

We were extremely anxious having experienced ongoing problems in making arrangements with a gift voucher. Your agent Dee was most helpful in every way; at the close of day she went that extra mile to assist us in our requirements setting up our arrangements just before 7:00pm on the day for the following day- a very tight schedule and requirement met with exceptional efficiency.
Dee was focused and dedicated to assisting us and was polite, gentle and exceedingly helpful.

Absolutely fantastic service. I received a gift voucher from Moonpig and didn't realise that I had to redeem the voucher and buy advanced tickets online (thought that I could redeem the voucher upon entry). I contacted the Hospitality Line and Dee was incredible. She responded and arranged same day entry for my Husband's Birthday within the hour. I was absolutely delighted and we had a wonderful time at RHS Wisely. Thank you so much Dee! You're an absolute star! You literally made mine and my Husband's day! Xx
