Hopkins Homes Anmeldelser

We have just purchased a new home with Hopkins homes.
It was a fantastic experience.
Clare Canning dealt with us from start to finish. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Clare was amazing, easy to deal with and so helpful. She deserves a medal!

We have secured our new home in Bury St Edmunds via Hopkins. So far we are impressed by the services provided and Clare in at the Bury site has been amazing! The show homes are beautiful, it’s clear to see how well built they are. We cannot wait to move into our new home!

We have just visited Church View in Bramford Suffolk, We are early on within our New home Journey. We met Kim who instantly made us feel welcome and showed us a couple of house options, she is very knowledgeable & we now can’t wait to start our next chapter, on the way to our new Hopkins home , we both feel rest assured that Kim will be there to help us every step of the way

From initial viewing to moving in proved to be an outstanding experience with friendly professional and supportive help from on site team but especially Beth in the sales suite. Her help and advice was exceptional

We are very happy with all the process from begining to end at hopkins homes, especially with Mandy Smith, our sales executive, to full fill our first dream home in the UK.
Thak you once again for your great support.

I have been in regular contact and have been greatly supported by Matthew Jones at Hopkins Homes. I have just reserved an appartment in the Barsham Vale area of Beccles. Matthew has been nothing short of efficient and professional throughout my first time buying journey. He is kind, helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Any questions or documents etc are sorted in a timely manner and it has been a pleasure to work with him in achieving my end goal of buying my first home :) Thankyou Matthew

Recently, we have visited a number of new build sites around the Bury St Edmunds area, looking for a four bed home. Hopkins Homes design and build quality lived up to their reputation and a special mention to Jason and Nathaniel , who provided a very professional and responsive service. They were always available to answer questions, accompany us on site or to chase up any queries. Even though ultimately we decided the plot and early construction of the site were not suitable for ourselves as a retired couple, we never felt pressured and believe that they deserve a very positive review from our experience.

I would just like to say a big thank you to Bethany for helping us through the process of buying our first new build home.
From when we first had are appointment With Bethany who showed us several properties we were interested in she helped us focus on the property which we are now sitting in.
Whenever we see Bethany on the site she still asks us how we are and anything she can do for us.

Matthew has been really helpful with everything, has made the process of buying our first house really easy, couldn’t be happier with the outcome of everything, couldn’t of chosen anyone better to go through this whole process

A few weeks ago we popped in to have a nosey round the show room! Today we have just reserved our Hopkins home, having sold through the move easy scheme.

Jenna has been amazing through out, keeping us informed at every stage. The whole process has been so quick and smooth.

We have looked at lots of new build sites, and were some what underwhelmed, I can only say the “Hopkins experience” is like no other, it’s the little things that really make a difference.

We can’t wait to move in!

Hopkins homes are beautifully designed both inside & out!
The landscaping and the surrounding area are also fabulously thought through. The builders are friendly too but I must also make a mention to the marketing & sales team - Ann, who I met initially, Jenna Collins who took me through all the initial paperwork, both of them were professional, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly & relaxed all at the same time which is what you need when buying a new home. Also, a nod to Jason, never met him but his correspondence is informative, helpful & puts you at ease. I would not hesitate to call the marketing team for some friendly advice during the purchasing process. I cannot wait to move into my new home 😄

Matt was very informative and made the experience of looking a lot easier.
He knew much about the development and homes and gave us lots to think about as it all sounds very appealing.

Matt jones has been dealing with our sale from beginning to end and has been brilliant throughout! 5/5 experience, has made our first house purchase very easy and memorable! Thanks Matt! Lily & Bailey

We recently Exchanged on a property on the Mill Grove, Stowmarket developement and I can't thank Jenna highly enough, she has been very informative and helpful throughout the whole process so far. She continues to communicate with us on each step of the build and is always at hand to answer any of our queries relating to this new home. This is our first New build purchase and thanks to Jenna we feel extremely satisfied and comfortable with the guidance and customer care she has given. THANKS Jenna

We visited the Barsham Vale site and met Matt. He was very knowledgeable and has really helped us with how we are going to proceed. He wasn’t pushy and the houses we viewed were lovely. Definitely recommend.
