Hopkins Homes Anmeldelser

Jenna is incredibly helpful and nothing is too much trouble. She is knowledgeable about the development and has helped make the transaction feel smoother.

We have recently bought a Hopkins home in Woolpit and the service we have received from start to finish has been above and beyond. Jason has been on hand every step of the way, answering queries, keeping us up to date with progress and sharing our excitement! We couldn’t have wished for a smoother process.

On the whole the move to Chediston Place has been a good experience and I live my new house. Everyone has been helpful and friendly, Beth especially and nothing is to much trouble. The few 'snags' I found were dealt with before I had chance to report them. Unfortunately couldn't give top marks as there is an IT issue that I am still trying to sort out.

Jason has been really helpful throughout the whole buying process.
He kept us updated on the whole build process of our new Hopkins home at the Elms.
Nothing was too much trouble and he definitely made the process less stressful for us.

We had a great experience with Hopkins Homes, while buying our house.
Mandy is a highly experienced sales manager, and perfectly guided us throughout the buying process.
I highly recommend Hopkins Homes. The quality of the house is great!

My wife and I are delighted with the service from Hopkins Homes. Mandy in particular was brilliant and helped us find a great home and helped navigate a complex lower chain under a tight time frame. Cam was also very helpful during the demonstrations of the home. Thank you very much!

Just moved into my new home. Service from Hopkins has been amazing. Took only a month from viewing to completion and everything has been explained along the way.

My wife and I are very happy with the amazing hospitality and services provided by Charlotte Largent at the Beaulieu development sales office. She is, and continues to be, very efficient, proactive and professional.
Furthermore, we have to appreciate and thank Catherine as well for her outstanding help and support. As a senior manager, I believe she’s the right person in the right place.

We have just moved into our brand New Hopkins Home and it is amazing! We are so pleased and proud of it and would recommend them to all.
Kim has been with us every step of the way in our journey and has been instrumental in making our dream come true. If there is someone that we would share this with again it would be her, she is a credit to Hopkins ensuring that every step of the way we had all the information we needed and did this in a kind and caring manner.
Dan and the site team have done a great job and have been friendly and knowledgeable throughout.
Thank you

We’ve just completed on our first home at Alconbury Weald, and the experience has been fantastic. Mandy was amazing throughout—always supportive, communicative, and made the process so smooth.

We used Hopkins Homes’ recommended solicitors and mortgage advisors, and with their help, we managed to complete in just three weeks, avoiding stamp duty. The team’s efficiency and guidance made this possible, and we’re so grateful.

A special thanks to Cam, the assistant site manager, for a thorough and helpful home demo and handover. The quality of our home is excellent, and we couldn’t be happier. Huge thanks to Mandy, Cam, and the Hopkins team—highly recommend!

So far, our overall experience with Hopkins Homes has been 10/10, I cannot recommend Clare Canning enough.
Being first time buyers, we really didn’t know what we were doing and what the stages are. Clare was amazing in explaining and helping us with our journey in buying our first home.
We highly recommend her services.

Couldn't have wished for a better experience buying from Kim at the Church view Bramford development. Nothing was much trouble and the site manager Dan also took time out to explain the tech in our new home.

My partner and I have just bought our first home from Hopkins, in Needham Market. We can’t fault our experience from start to finish. Right from the start, Vikkie went out of her way to do everything possible to make our experience positive. She negotiated on our behalf for some wonderful incentives and kept us updated throughout the buying process. Now that we have our house, we couldn’t have hoped for a better quality house to call our first home. Thank you!

Im not sure how these homes got awards. There are houses with TOILETS right at the front of the house, with MASSIVE windows so you can never open the blinds. The loose gravel on driveways blocks the sewage drains for whole roads and the council wont take over.

The CHIDLREN'S play park has massive boulders for children to slip on-no slides or swings????

There are massive holes for.rats in the walls behind radiators.

Decorative tops to houses that cause leaks in the roof.

Outrageous for modern day house prices.

Having dealt with Mandy, the sale was really smooth, she is on top of dates of completions of everything, and will send reminders, information on how far the build is etc, a real help when you are working full time. Thanks Mandy for your wonderful help, I shall miss you when the office closes down.

I have recently bought on the Bramford site having purchased four new builds previously from various developers. I can honestly say that Hopkins homes have been the best quality. Inevitably when you buy a new property, there are always snagging issues but these are dealt with by site and customer service services expediently and without complaint. Kim and Dan, on site, are fantastic and can never do enough to help.

I would like to say thank you to Mandy Smith from Hopkins Homes. We bought our Hopkins Homes house a year ago and throughout the whole buying process she was very helpful, patient, friendly and the great service has also continued post completion. We felt and still feel well looked after and still go to her for any queries that we have or bits that need sorting. Thank you Mandy!

Bought my home at Alconbury Weald, Mandy Smith was my sales contact. Couldn’t have asked for a smoother process from Mandy. 5 star.

Bought my first home with Hopkins and the entire process was made effortless from start to finish.

Mandy at Hopkins Homes at Alconbury Weald was very helpful, professional and friendly throughout the whole process. Absolute credit to the team and would happily purchase again from Mandy/Hopkins.

The quality of the property is top tier and the brands they use for tiling/appliances etc is high end quality.

They do not disappoint.

Highly recommend.

From the moment we walked in the door we were made to feel welcome. Mandy Smith was very informative and helpful throughout the whole process, helping with the sale of our old house and purchase of the new Hopkins Dunton. It was a very smooth and fast process assisting with the handover was Deputy Site Manager Cameron who again helped thing flow smoothly and looked after us during and after the purchase. Mandy continues to be friendly and helpful with any queries we have even after being here for almost eight months now. I would definitely recommend Hopkins for ease of purchase and a quality finish.
