We had 14 new windows installed in our property. We were kept well informed by all members of the admin team prior to installation. On the day, we had 4 workmen in our home who were happy to crack on with the work in a timely manner. Overall very happy with standard of work and can already see a difference. If I had to fault anything it would be some dusting on bedding upstairs requiring a change but even dust sheets down we knew it would lift and lay. Really happy and already recommending to neighbours who are asking.

Have had a new roof along with the removal of a large and unstable chimney stack. From the erection of the scaffolding to the stripping of the old roof, right through to the new roof being completed, we have been really pleased with the standard of the work done and the efficiency the teams worked with.
All of the staff we encountered, scaffolding, skip delivery and the roofing team were always pleasant and gave us an update of what was happening. Courtesy calls from the office team all along as well. This is really a company we would recommend.

Professional, efficient and friendly service right from start to finish. The 2 men that fitted the door and windows were excellent, friendly and thorough. Very happy and pleased with the work done and the quality of door and windows.

Kept informed from the start. Had to delay for a day which for fine as sometimes jobs run on.

Felt bit let down at beginning of consult correspondence wasn't great. Once I was assured everything went smoothly. The guys who fitted windows (Mark, Craig) were great. Experienced tidy friendly. Nothing was any bother to them. Job well done. Delighted.

Homesealed team were great from start to finish.
Sales team clear and concise, and made recommendations to assist in choosing right option for me.

From start to finish gentlemen who installed our new roof have been professional and efficient. With weather permitting he had kept us updated with what was happening on the day. I had got a damage vent on our extention and they have been great to replace. Great service all round!

Excellent company no sales pressure

Edit to say since review they have done remedial works and it was found to still be unsatisfactory with some tiles stuck down with adhesive, or simply gravity. The guttering not secured properly and the ventilation of the roof space is still in question.

I got a roof replacement from this company in March 2024 as I had a small leak and the roof was original from the 1970s. Since other houses in the area were doing the same I decided to as well.

On the day of the job the guys came at 10am and were finishing up by 3:30pm which I thought was very fast and was pressured into paying that day and after having a look in my loft I found out why.

They had only replaced the tiles nothing else. The kicker being they weren't even fully secured to the roof as my neighbour discovered when he had his own roof inspected for a refurb and 3 rows of my front shingles not secured at all.

I called the fitter who left his number to actually finish the job and ask why the underlay wasn't done at the same time as there was still the original leak. He fobbed me off saying it was supposed to be left like that and then said it was decoration. Who decorates the inside of a loft with roof felt and plywood under the tiles? I was furious but held my temper and asked the central office to get this done properly.

After some wrangling they got him to return and he ordered some boards and lining to go under the tiles. He didn't order enough of either to cover the full roof and still left the old compromised 50 year old materials underneath completely invalidating any work he actually did.

I knew this was wrong from one look and called the office. I also sent several complaint emails nothing other than a promise to send the same fitter out for a 3rd time to do the job again. By this time I had enough so I got legal advice and got a survey of the roof done.

Not only is the roof in a poor state they have removed all the existing ventilation by blocking it with the new facias they also installed along with new gutters. (also poorly done and had to be secured separately to stop leaks into my neighbours house) I had a lawyer write a letter of no faith and request a refund they refused and offered to look at the work themselves.

A new person came out someone I hadn't met and he agreed the roof was in a poor state and shouldn't have been left in this state. He offered for a new team of his to come and do the work I refused to agree to anything without legal counsel at the time as I had no faith in the company as well as the original fitter.

After some back and forth with the lawyer we agreed to allow for them to return to do the job properly with a new team only for them to say that the original fitter would be doing the work which is totally unacceptable.

I refused and requested a full refund to get another more trustworthy company to do the work and a 5% of the total original cost to cover my time off from work, the survey and the hiring of a skip to clear all the old tiles and materials they left in my garden which they had promised to lift.

I haven't heard from them in over a month so my only conclusion is they do not want to simply refund me or send another team.

Had 4 windows installed 18th November. Fitters were running late but office staff kept me up to date with times they would arrive etc.
Job was finished in the one day as promised. Friendly fitters and job done well. At the end of the day I was asked to do a job satisfaction submission. After a very quick look I made my submission.
After a thorough look next day I made a small snag list. The company have agreed to rectify. Overall a good experience.

The windows were made quickly. The fitters managed to fit 8 in one day. They left the place spotless and did an excellent job!

The Homesealed team were really down to earth and easy to deal with.
On the day of window fitting they were really efficient and tidy and even offered to take my old blinds out my way to the tip which was really helpful as I don’t drive! The window seems to be great quality and I’m happy with what I’ve chosen. The company does finance options too.
