Excellent service and a very nice product
Eco Installations have just fitted 6 windows and 2 doors to my 1930s new flat. They also removed 3 concrete pillars to allow for bigger windows and more light into the property.
Firstly Liam who came out to me was lovely, unprepared and hungover but I appreciated his chat and non pushiness for a sale, while still holding himself together. He even helped me do some internal measurements in the kitchen (as I've just moved into the flat)!
Ewan who came to measure the windows was a pleasure to speak to. He forgot about one of the doors, but came back when he said he would and there were no issues.
Then the 3 lads that came to install the windows. Great work ethic, very polite, speak to each other sensibly (I've had window installers in the past that have been anything but respectable!) and they worked well together to get the job done. Jim was excellent at keeping me up to speed with finishing times and showing me their work while I popped in and out during the day. I should also mention that the guys were tidy. All the kit was left in one room overnight and before they left everything taken away, hoovered and left clean and tidy like they hadn't been here.
And lastly, but not least; Tina. For providing updates and keeping me posted at the end about what happens next. Tina's very personable, great to speak with. Sounds like she might be the "mum" of the business.
The service from Eco Installations is second to none and I love their product. The window units are aesthetically pleasing. They also have quite an extensive range of doors and colours which was ideal. Although I had forgotten what I had originally picked when I had the chat with Lewis, I reconfirmed with Ewan. With Ewan I also changed my mind about the design of the windows and it didn't seem to be a bother, despite being 2-3 weeks later.
I would definitely recommend Eco Installations to anyone looking for new windows and doors.

Would Absolutely recommend this company, my experience started with a lovely voice over the phone, Krystal was such a delight to speak to and was able to give me the information I needed and got me booked for an assessment with ease. From there the representative that came out to our property was able to quote us for exactly what we were looking for which was fantastic and very straight forward without any hassle like I had experienced in the past with previous companies.
I am extremely happy with my new windows and door 🙂 Many thanks to the team at Eco Installations.

Expectations exceeded!
We are thrilled with the our new windows and doors! What a difference in the heat and less noise in our house. Our needs were understood, met and expectations exceeded. Great service from start to finish, the two fitters Pavlo and Brian did a great job very polite and hard workers the place was spotless when they left you wouldn't know they had been in except for the new windows and door. And also the follow up call to make sure we were happy with everything. Would recommend this family run company. Five Star.

From start to finish everyone was so friendly. The sales boy Ryan was fantastic didn't pressure us to buy from them. The boys who fitted windows where so nice very professional and a fantastic job. I left a review recently, regarding my experience during the sales process and thankfully, I’ve been equally impressed with the installation process and aftercare.
I have been kept up to date throughout and I am very happy with the end result. I now need to crack on with painting external walls and finishing the garden to match the quality and look of the doors!

I would highly recommend ECO INSTALLATIONS SCOTLAND LTD. they are a very professional company who supply and install quality product. I have just had 8 windows and 2 doors installed by very professional tradesmen providing a quality clean installation over 2 days. The aftersales is really good providing updates at every stage from manufacture, delivery and installation date to suit then follow-ups as to it went etc.
I would highly recommend this family run company as they are caring and appreciate your custom.
