A first class service from start to finish. All the staff were friendly and professional and did a great job.

From the fella knocking on our door to tell us about SRN windows /doors to the installation impressed . We weren't pressured into buying talked through everything shown brochures given a good deal . Varied styles of windows and doors . We got a bedroom window and front door which is smashing glass has lovely blue shapes through glass . The chaps doing the installation arrived on time friendly dine a great job and showed us how to open windows / lock etc. would recommend

Sharon and co are absolutely amazing. From start to finish helpful friendly and easy to communicate with. Excellent value for money. Job was done when booked in, took alloted time said, house left tidy and mess free. I honestly dont think ill ever need my heating in again as the quality of the windows and doors are absolutely phenomenal. I honestly couldn't recommend SRN highly enough and can't thank them enough for the job done replacing our 6 windows and 2 doors 😃😃😃

Really happy with the service from start to finish. The team who fitted our new window and French door were friendly, professional and did a fantastic job. They worked carefully, kept everything tidy and made sure everything was fitted perfectly. The quality of the work is excellent, and the new window and French door look great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional fitting service. Very pleased with the finished result!

The whole experience was stress free from start to finish! Our windows were fitted 3 weeks after ordering. The fitters were very efficient and professional, leaving our house spotless when they left.
We’re delighted with our new windows and door……..they completely change the look of our property…….so much so, our neighbours ordered with SRN the day after ours were fitted!!

From beginning to finish, all the SRN Staff have been first rate. Polite efficient and friendly. The actual work carried out (3windows) to complete the whole housel was done and dusted in just one morning. Different team from the ones who did original fits, but equally as professional, clean and tidy. Big thank you all round.

From a cold call at door ,to call on phone confirming sales person could attend at time to suit us, surveyer taking measurements and actual workman coming to fit windows...I cannot praise the politeness, courtesy and professionalism of all of them. Everything was explained step by step, reassurance and advice given. Pricing was competitive and absolutely no pressure at any stage. Phil, the joiner arrived by himself exactly on time and worked like a trojan for 2 solid days.Polite friendly efficient &helpful (he took down 2 awkward blinds i couldn't manage myself and moved bits of furniture again which I couldn't do myself). He was very neat and tidy and left his work areas immaculate.
From start to finish ie from knock on door to waving goodbye to Phil whole thing took 3 weeks (windows fitted magnificently in 2 days ). We are delighted with result . Noise level from outside has greatly reduced and already can feel a difference in temperature in what is usually a cold house.
We hadnt heard of this company before but are so glad we took a chance with them as we have had a fantastic experience and can genuinely recommend them to anyone contemplating new windows.

Andy and his workmate came to fit our downstairs windows. They arrived bang on time, worked quickly and tidily and cleaned up so well afterwards, that we didn't have to lift a finger. All the staff we spoke to were so helpful and friendly. Great value for money and a great experience. Would definitely use SRN again when we come to do the upstairs windows.

A great experience from start to finish. From choosing the windows and doors to getting them fitted. The guys who fitted them were efficient and professional, the house looks amazing. Also dealing with the staff at the office was great, 10/10 for service and products!

They were great only 6 hours , didn't even stop for a tea break they ploughed through the job very happy amazing results:)

I don't normally answer the door to " cold callers" but Kenny caught me on a good day and was very professional and not "pushy" at all. He gave me phone number and contacted straight away and arranged for a call out the next day. Everything was explained in an easy to understand manner and arranged for surveyor to come out next day to "survey" . Windows were arranged for a 3 week delivery and job was done today by 2 highly efficient gents, who tidied after themselves and, even did a better job of cleaning the windows after, than my normal window cleaner 😀 Would definitely highly recommend this company and their employees 👍

Our experience dealing with SRN Home Improvements was 100% positive, from our initial telephone contact to their surveyor coming out to measure up and offer impartial advice, everyone was really knowledgeable which was of course very helpful. Within a few days of accepting our quote we were given an installation date which was only 3 weeks after the initial contact. Our installers, Scott and his son were so reliable, very friendly and quite quickly we felt comfortable with them in our home. They were really respectful and treated our home with care. Everything was explained to us every step of the way and when our patio doors were damaged (smashed glass) when they were being placed into the van, Scott told us immediately and reassured us the doors could still be fitted safely and securely with a panel in place instead of the glass. We were assured the replacement glass was already ordered and would be fitted as soon as SRN received it, which is definitely was.

All in all we would recommend SRN to anyone looking for a reliable and reasonable company to fit new windows and doors.

Very happy with the experience we have had with SRN. Spoke with Tracy/Ross who worked with us and got a great deal and payment plan set up for us. The installation when smoothly. Jamie and Blair got the job done quickly and kept us updated throughout the 2 days. We left them to crack on and they have done a great job. The boys took everything away and tidied up after themselves. 6 Windows and 2 doors done in 2 days, couldn’t be happier

Scott and his son were excellent and very professional. 110% from start to finish. Highly recommend.
