Had an issue with an item I purchased and had it replaced with absolutely no issue at all. The customer service of this company is truly exemplary

After wearing a coat, I discovered it had a faulty zip. When walking, it became loose at the bottom and eventually opened from the bottom up. Faulty goods happen sometimes but it’s how a company responds that is important.
So far they have refused to refund it. The response is that it needs to be examined by a specialist team to detect the fault. Tracking shows that they’ve had the item back for 12 days but they haven’t so much as acknowledged the fact they have it. Getting a returns label out of them wasn’t straightforward either
and caused a delay. Before posting it back, I took a video showing what happens when the zip is put under light tension. This has been sent to them. I have chased multiple times but I’m getting nowhere with them. I can honestly say that I have never experienced such poor customer service when trying to return something. The coat cost £160, not an insignificant amount of money! They have received a lot of negative reviews recently - clearly something is going wrong. Strange how they can jump on here to defend themselves yet not actually respond and deal with customer service enquiries. Avoid!!!

I needed to change a pair of boots but as they were a gift had no returns label or invoice. No problem - the person I spoke to was so helpful and the exchange policy couldn't have been easier. This is one of the best customer service encounters I've had in recent years. Thank you!

Great stock, fast delivery times and really helpful customer service from Nelly regarding a complicated exchange. Very quick response time and easy to communicate with. Can't rate them highly enough.

Placed an order on the 10th and although I had a receipt and money has been taken from my account I’ve heard nothing else. This despite email numerous times over the last week. Receipt says delivery in 5-7 working days.
Literally as I’m writing this I’ve had a dispatch notice. I’ll hold my breath on delivery time though…

When I was able to get through on the phone my issue was dealt with politely and efficiently without any problems. I had asked for expedited delivery as it looked as if we would miss my daughter's birthday.

A dreadful service. Goods not received, no answers to emails. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered trousers for my daughter and paid extra to have them delivered on time. They never arrived so she didn’t have suitable clothes for a wet shoot day. No communication so would never order again. Avoid

Extremely slow dispatch and hard to get in touch with customer service, but once in touch they resolved my issue a little faster.

Hannah was amazing when dealing with my return and also arranging a new pair of wellies to be sent. She also upgraded the new pair to be sent 1st class

Reputable company, but everything about them is frustratingly slow. They're slow to process orders, their free shipping is slow, and their customer service is slow, and in my experience - somewhat unhelpful. No one picks up their phone lines, or responds to their WhatsApp number. So basically: if you don't care when you receive your item, and don't need to speak to them - they'll be just fine. If you're expecting a modern service that you might be used to with other companies - look elsewhere!

Placed an order on the 27th December. Products had a lead time for delivery which is fair enough. I emailed them asking when my Products would be dispatched. Got told a date and still no products been dispatched. Emailed them and had 0 reply. Won't be ordering from again. It seems like that are more active on here than anywhere else.

I had to cancel my order as it was going to arrive too late and they were incredibly prompt at replying and issued a full refund of the whole amount. Will shop here in future (albeit less last minute hopefully!)

Son bought me a gilet from Hollands and it was great quality so I decided to buy some other clothes. After ordering I realised they would be delivered when we were not around so I asked customer service if they could delay despatch. Rather than that, they upgraded delivery to express, free of charge and the items arrived before the original date. Fantastic customer service and great value for money- well done Hollands. Very satisfied customer.

Nice to deal with real people. Had to do a return for size which didn’t fit, but no hassle to get next size sorted and delivered. Kind and efficient. Would highly recommend for their product line and service.

Customer service both times I have called has been amazing. I believe I spoke with Nell both times and she was so helpful and dealt with my enquiries really quickly.
