Amazing customer service from Nelly. Had ordered a dress for holiday but then had to cancel holiday and no longer needed so e-mailed them as thought not dispatched. Then get e-mail its dispatching a few minutes later. Nelly managed to get it stopped and refunded in full in minutes.

Absolutely fantastic service - thank you. Will definitely use again.

Nelly emailed me today (Wednesday)to explain and rectify my error immediately!

I ordered an expensive £200 Didrikson Erika parka coat from Hollands and it was delivered in what looked liked a black bin liner, very tightly packaged with no care instructions or any note of any kind. I wore it the next day for less than 2 hours and only exposed to light rain for less than 20 mins. The next day the coat was very badly creased - but unevenly: on back, the hood, half sides of the arms - the front was much better. Clearly it's a manufacturing fault and has been unevenly sprayed with some sort of water repellant. As it's made in China who knows what's happened - all I know is the coat looks raggy and old after 2 hours wear!! They claim that it is normal creasing and have suggested I buy a steamer or put it in an airing cupboard!! My house is warm and dry and it shouldn't have creased. On top of this the two way zip is sticking too. Would never recommend this company or indeed Didrikson again.

Hollands have been in touch now and have kindly agreed a refund. I am upset though as I do love the coat - it is warm, waterproof and cut well - it's just the creasing and I don't think it happens in the black as I met someone with one and it looked immaculate after a year. Not sure about other colours or if it's a colour issue. Mine was brown.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size ridgeline leggings. I realised my mistake and emailed the site the following morning, I was a bit worried they would be sent out before my email was read but I needn't have. I received an email saying they would change the size before sending out the order which saved my bacon as they were part of a valentines present. Thank you to Melissa for sorting the problem for me quickly and professionally.

I purchased an expensive hat on the Friday and paid extra for priority delivery as it was for a gift, the money came straight out of my account but I received no email confirmation in any of my folders, I waited until late Monday afternoon and sent an email over asking what was going on as I’d not had an email and if it was going to be shipped, I had an almost instant reply, I was told that it needed to be passed to someone else and I’d have to wait another 48 hours for a response, sorry this isn’t acceptable and I had to get a refund from PayPal

What's going on with the Customer service? I brought a coat 3 months ago, only just started wearing it then the zip just dropped off...so disappointed as I was impressed with the coat and other items I had brought from there, so thought this was a company I'd use alot in the future, but sadly I've had no help from the company up to now, 8 emails later. I need decent rain coat atm, but obviously will have to go elsewhere.

a complete service, Nell solved my "returns" problem quickly, pleasantly and efficiently. The item returned was great quality but did not fit one - exchanged for smaller one btw.

Ordered a pair of trouser and were sent the wrong size , the lady on customer service wouldn’t have it that they sent the wrong size ,also wanted photos of all the packaging and wouldn’t expect a return with out it ! Thy only came in a plastic bag with a a label on , now 30 days later still waiting to be receive a return label at their expense and a refund.
Not sure I’d order again.

Melissa. You will note that I emailed you twice telling you that I was unable to print the returns label 3 days later. In fact I esnt the email and then re-sent it because you did not respond. Your portal says that 16th Jan was too late to return.
Still waiting or do you not want them back for inspection?
I still know that you will not be refunding but yyou should have them back for examination and you need to know how poor the manufacture is.

Good prices, great products and wonderful Customer Service. Even if their Returns Portal can't meet your needs you just have to email them and they'll sort it out, and quickly too.

I bought 2 Jack Pike shirts and a pair of Deerhunter excape winter gloves. All items arrived together and within the specified delivery date. All items were true to size. I will definitely buy from Hollands again in the future. Dale Myers
