Booked in for 5 tyres on my classic car. They double checked my requirements, even checked details with me over pressures and jacking points (most places dont). I have been to multiple tyre stockists and know what needs to be done - correct procedures, and he did it very carefully and professionally.

Staff were friendly and they sorted a couple of problems on my car really quickly and efficiently.

Incredible customer service, communication and empathy throughout my experience. I had problems with my car misfiring and the staff here worked tirelessly to find out what the issue was. As a code had been cleared from the diagnostics from a different garage, nothing was coming up when they had a look. I broke down the day after and after my vehicle was recovered they were able to find out the issue with the code reappearing. They explained everything in detail to me showing me all of the components that were changed and fixed. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and approachable. Would highly recommend this garage, I will be returning for future services and repair work.

Phoned to see if HiQ could look at a slow puncture. They told me to take it in the same afternoon and repaired it within half an hour. Friendly and efficient. Repaired tyre rather than replacing it, so really happy with cost too. Used HiQ before as service so good. Would definitely recommend.
