We’d also like to give a special mention to Nick, the Site Manager, who was so approachable and always willing to help and offer assistance when we needed him. A genuinely lovely guy and another huge credit to Hayfield!

Additionally, we cannot forget to mention Steve, the lovely handyman who truly went above and beyond in ensuring our home was perfect. Steve's attention to detail and craftsmanship were impeccable. He tackled every task with skill and efficiency, whether it was fixing minor issues or completing more complex jobs. His friendly and chatty nature made the whole process even more enjoyable. Steve's dedication to his work and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. We feel incredibly fortunate to have had his assistance and cannot thank him enough for his hard work and expertise.

We recently made a reservation for a new-build Hayfield home, and the experience was phenomenal. From our very first steps on site it was very clear the quality and attention to details was far superior to any other development we had seen.
The team on site was also extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with all our queries. They even coordinated a visit of a sister site to show the specific house type we were interested in -- it was very pleasing to see that the quality of the actual house there was of the same quality and standard as the show house.
Overall our early steps have been very pleasant and well organised, and we look forward to continuing our journey with Hayfield.

The after care service from Hayfield Homes has been amazing .
Hannah our Care Coordinator has been brilliant and ensures any issues or snags we have identified are resolved promptly and efficiently.
She has made our moving journey smooth and a pleasant experience. She is always willing to help , works really hard and is lovely and bubbly so a pleasure to have around .
The build quality is excellent and has been commented on by all of our visitors and any tradespeople who are impressed by the high standards of Hayfield.
Ben and Corey the Site Managers are really helpful have great attention to detail ensuring the quality of the homes and site remain high.
We have been listened to if we have had any worries and everyone has been really helpful.
Everyone on site has been friendly and respectful . Steve- Hayfields handy man - is brilliant , excellent workmanship and really is nice too .
We highly recommend Hayfield for any prospective buyer. We were worried about living with all the building going on as we were first to move in but due to the professionalism of all the Hayfield staff this has never been an issue and we will miss them once the build is finished!!!

We moved into Hayfield Wood in Autumn 2022. We chose this site because of the design of the house and estate and planned extensive landscaping and open spaces. Overall we have been very happy with the house and most of the snagging has been dealt with well. However the open areas are a complete mess and nothing like the sales team promised. The communal areas are overgrown, full of weeds and there are well over 100 dead trees, that Hayfield planted. Numerous other trees were not staked or so
poorly done the stakes and ties broke straight away. The wild flower areas last Summer consisted of a forest of 6ft high thistles. Last year Hayfield assured me the dead trees and other issues would be dealt with. As virtually nothing happened I have tried to contact Hayfield several times and emails go unanswered or promised call backs never happen.
Don't believe Hayfields promises of good landscaping.

Our son and daughter-in-law have recently moved into a Hatfield home and I am just blown away by the top quality finish and fixtures and fittings as well as the extras they have been given. It's a beautiful home and Hayfield are exceptional builders. Very impressed!

moved into a bungalow in 2020 this builder is no better than any other builder water logging garden and poor workmanship in general tried to fob us off until the garantee had passed still have water leak comming from under the skirting board where boiler is fitted they just did not want to know, it took one and a half years to replace kitchen tile and the same amount to replace our living room floor as it was uneven i could go on but it wont change anything Would never recomend this company

Luke and his customer care team have been a credit to your company, every time I email with anything that needs to be done they come straight back to me with times and dates of the relevant trade that come and look at any issues. Hayfield Homes are rather special - the attention to detail and customer service has been exceptional from the first visit to the show home to finally moving in 3 weeks ago.
We are now being looked after by Luke Taylor-Hodge who is very professional and dealing with our very minor snagging issues with care. We have been impressed with the site team too - Andy the site manager has also been very helpful and has a “nothing is too much trouble” approach which is very much appreciated. All in all, we are very happy to have moved to a Hayfield home.

Hayfield is set far apart from other developers in terms of quality, service and attention to detail - I have never come across a new build with so much included as ‘standard’ specification.

The customer care team cannot do enough to help you, from reserving a property to getting the keys, and even afterwards.

My favourite part was getting a handyman for the day after moving in - a special touch from hayfield to make sure your house becomes a home.

I would recommend this developer to anyone, very few snags upon moving in and always positive customer service experiences. Get it right the first time!

Happy at Hayfields Hallow !
I recently purchased a Hayfields home at Hallow. I was drawn to the development and house due to the thoughtful design and construction of the entire development. With a clear thought for the future the houses are sustainable and environmentally built. The designs are sympathetic to the location and the existing area. I have been impressed by the careful and considered landscaping and open space that also benefits the community as well as the residence. During construction the site team have kept the development clean and tidy at all times, and all those various teams I have encountered have been courteous, helpful and welcoming. Any minor aspect have been quickly and efficiently dealt with and the Hayfields team have been responsive and supportive throughout. I would like to mention Hannah and her colleague Steve who have gone above and beyond whenever support has been required, whether at handover or follow ups. I am very much looking forward to enjoying my new Hayfields home as well as seeing the very well-proportioned and creatively designed development flourish.

Having lived in a new build previously we were reluctant to consider another one after issues with build and fitting quality.

However, having visited Hayfield Grove and the sales office it was clear to see a huge difference between Hayfield and other developers.

We have been in our new home for nine months and couldn’t be happier. The attention to detail and high quality is great and any snagging or problems have been dealt with swiftly. The after care provided by Hayfield is what has made the experience so positive, particularly from Hannah who is always on hand to provide solutions and support. She has made it a 5 star experience!

We completed on our new home on Hayfield Walk at the end of November 2023. We have had a long relationship with the Sales Team as we showed interest in our plot in March 2022 when Phase 2 of the site hadn’t been started or the plot released for sale. During our initial discussions with the Sales Office, and then for several months on, we were looked after by Laura Stoica who we cannot praise enough. We were kept informed throughout the process, she was always to spend time with us with nothing being too much trouble. As the build progressed we were then transferred to the Customer Care Team and taken care of by Rachel Harwig. Again, we couldn’t have been looked after any better. We travel extensively and Rachel was always prepared to accommodate our diary commitments and meet us when we were in the UK. Rachel moved positions within the company and we were transferred to Luke Taylor-Hodge who monitored the final stages of our purchase and continues to look after us. Luke has been a star and even picked up his phone whilst on holiday to help us navigate the Heat Pump system. As for Laura and Rachel, he has taken excellent care of us. Anytime we have needed to contact Head Office we have always received friendly and supportive assistance. We have been very impressed with the expertise, knowledge and the way that the whole team at Hayfield work together to provide exceptional service. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the build as well as the internal furnishings and fixtures. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Hayfield Homes or indeed buying another one of their homes in the future.

I wanted a future proofed home when I returned from living overseas. I bought my Hayfield home sight unseen over the internet - always a big risk- but all has turned out even better than I thought. There were no nasty surprises and many pleasant ones. Their after sales service and attention to detail was excellent. Hannah was always there to help with any issues that arose which she ensured were speedily put right. The bungalow has been cosy and warm all winter after some issues with the heat pump had been sorted.
All in all it has been a very pleasant experience moving into my Hayfield home and I have no hesitation recommending one to any prospective buyer.

We recently went to view the new homes at Hayfield Rise in West Lavington. We cannot say enough in praise of Joe Baross. He was professional, courteous and considerate. His customer service throughout the process with us considering purchasing a new home in Hayfield Rise could not have been better. He talked us through the whole site. Showed us around a number of homes. Then showed us what the path of the sun would be like in the garden of the home we were interested in. Thank you Joe for all your time and patience.

We have friends who have bought new houses and have talked about the problems they have had with the developers so when we decided to move, we were not looking for a new property. We saw Hayfield Walk by chance, liked the location and thought we would pop in and have a look. The sales person - Laura Stoica was fantastic, really knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. We were undecided for a bit, bought one house and then changed our minds and bought another! Laura was great throughout and nothing was too much trouble. We were handed over to Luke Taylor-Hodge after moving in who is also fantastic. He's called or visited us several times and all of our snagging was addressed straight away. We even received a follow up call from a director. In fact, all of the people we have met who are working with or for Hayfield have been great. We've been here 5 months now and would not hesitate to recommend Hayfield Homes to anyone considering moving house. We'll only buy new and from Hayfield when we eventually move again.
