Working in possible contravention of planning? Demolition work is producing VERY heavy vibration, currently only around fifteen metres away from active badger setts. Have spoken to the company regarding the general vibration problem, but it would seem to be using delaying tactics as no response or change in approach to the work has been noticed.

Tetbury Men's Sheds asked for help with insulation for their extension and Newland Homes came and measured up and delivered the insulation to site.

A very generous gift that the men were extremely grateful for.

We purchased a house with Newland Homes in November 2025 & we were really impressed with their service throughout.
Lesley in particular was attentive, efficient & even helped to ensure our sale and purchase stayed on track by chasing solicitors etc. in the days prior to exchange and completion.

The quality of the homes is definitely superior to what we have seen from other development companies and so far Newland have been dedicated to ensuring any snags are resolved quickly.

Lived in our gorgeous Newland home for over 5 years now, emailed customer services for some advise regarding our garage, changing the roof. They responded in less than an hour, explaining they'd forwarded my query. Again, less than hour later I had the answer from the engineering department. Dealing with the snags of a new build house is always frustrating but the Customer Service team of Newland Homes have sorted out our issues promptly and efficiently. I would particularly praise Jan who has been our indefatigable contact for two years and has diligently resolved all of our snags in her inimitable calm and unflappable way.

Caz and Evelyn were absolutely fantastic during the whole process. Could not speak more highly of them.

We visited ‘The Limes’ in Tetbury and were really impressed with the marketing side of Newland Homes. It really makes a positive impact when choosing which developers to view with and is crucial to getting people through the doors.

The whole process of buying a Newland homes has been smooth and stress free. From the moment I met Holly and Bev at Great Oaks I knew I was doing the right thing, they were totally honest and at no point did they ever try the hard sell. I know there are a few issues with the house but it is how they are dealt with and how I have been dealt with that makes all the difference.i would have no problems in recommending Newland homes as a company and my new home is amazing.

Everyone was incredibly welcoming to us. I took a small group of students from the local school as part of a careers day and the team really made a huge effort. We had a talk all about careers within home building; from planning to construction, to sales and marketing. We got to see the show home and the questions students had were all answered and considered. I was really impressed by the whole delivery and execution of the afternoon.

Newland Homes provided a wonderful experience for our students at SWR. Showcasing to them all of the careers linked to the construction industry and their sustainability for the future. Opportunities like this are rare for young people - and they take some organisation. Newland Homes went above and beyond in what they offered, and for that we are extremely grateful.

Unfortunately we bought a property which experienced more than it’s fair share of problems but through it all the Aftersales team - Matt, Jan and Jess did a very good job.
They chased subcontractors numerous times and made the repair schedule as stress-free as possible.

Absolute delight to meet Holly, who was very knowledgeable about the development. Really good end to end experience with a relaxed but professional manner.

I needed help finding an original Building Control certificate and I had tried lots of other avenues. I spoke to Jan at Customer Service and explained problem. She was so patient and her tenacity shone through and she found it. This means with this information my daughter can now exchange on a house in London. My deepest thanks she needs a medal for her help. Great customer service thanks to her and the team

Have had the pleasure of living in a newlands home for almost a year and cannot recommend the team enough they are all very polite, friendly and helpful. I have spoke to Bev and Holly as they had a model of the street in the sales office which my son fell in love and kept wanting to see it and wanted it, upon speaking to Bev and Holly they were able to speak to the team and my son was given the model when they no longer needed it. 2 of the builders brought the model to our house and didn’t hesitate to help and put it where we wanted it. Bev and Holly were so patient with my son and were always happy to see him and never felt rushed or unwelcome. The houses are beautiful and have had no issues with the property very well built.

Although our house buying journey is still not complete, we just wanted to highlight the excellent job that Evelyn and Caz are doing.
From our initial ‘just looking’ meeting to signing to reserve a plot, they both have been thoroughly helpful, offering suggestions and advice along the way. Nothing seems too much trouble and they always answer questions or find out extra information.
We haven’t moved for 30+ years - so thank you Evelyn and Caz for making this huge change more manageable and not so stressful.

Chris Parker, Head of Marketing has been a longtime supporter of Winchcombe Rotary Club through advertising in our 'Classics at Prescott' programme - so, as Speaker Secretary I invited him along to as our guest last week and we were not disappointed. Newland Homes are clearly an upmarket house-builder who provide that little extra finesse when it comes to facilities and keeping their customers happy.
Chris gave Rotarians a professional insight into a recent case study from the time Newland Homes make the initial purchase of land through to the eventual sale of one of their houses.
