Fantastic trustworthy workshop
I don’t normally leave reviews but felt it important to give feedback because the team at the Workshop was FANTASTIC from start to finish. We were melting down my granny’s wedding band and my fiancés Dad’s wedding band, to make our wedding bands. We found the pricing reasonable, and nothing was too much trouble. Everyone we spoke to when discussing the melt and make, and when we were collecting, was polite and attentive. Also we left it a bit late but the workshop accommodated is and had our rings ready before Christmas. Can be a minefield but we would definitily recommend the Hatton Garden Workshop. And we LOVE the rings. Thank you!!

Brilliant service from start to finish - excellent care of a very delicate and old vintage ring restoring it to its very best and a resizing and setting of another ring, all steps explained in full and completed at a very fair price. Would highly recommend for all jewellery needs

I had a great experience at the Hatton Garden Workshop last month, big thank you to Mike in particular who was extremely patient and helpful while I was choosing a new emerald to have fitted in my ring. I had many meetings with Mike until I was ready to choose the perfect one. The ring looks brilliant and has been fitted perfectly. I will be returning to the workshop to have some gold rings fixed. Brilliant work servicing an old engagement ring
Hatton Garden Workshop did a great job servicing my partner's engagement ring - which is over a century old. It came back in top shape so we're really happy with the service. I would definitely recommend using them!

Amazing work!
The staff at Hatton Garden workshop were very kind! After my gold necklace chain was accidentally cut at the hairdresser, they fixed it within 3 working days! They met with me immediately without an appointment, and took the time to look at my piece, consult with the person who would do the repair and do a quote so I could be sure I was happy to proceed. Once I received the final piece, you would never know it had been broken. Would definitely return if I needed something else fixed!

Such a great reassuring and comforting experience .
My jewellery item which is incredibly sentimental to me – was very important - that I was going to place I could trust but also a place where I know that my jewellery item was handled with care.
I was served by a lovely gentleman in glasses and he answered all my questions.
My item was fixed on the same day very prompt! (Although I did pay the same day fee) .
Thank you for your wonderful service and I would highly recommend 🌻

Fantastic adjustment of engagement ring
Naturally I was very cautious about who I chose to adjust my engagement ring size, but I'm so glad I went with Hatton Garden Workshop! They have an excellent reputation for a reason. The initial consultation was easy and extremely detailed, and they adjusted the size quickly and in time for my engagement party! The work they did was fantastic, I would highly recommend.
