I had a wonderful experience using Happy Shuttle again for my trip from Cancun to Playa de Carmen. The drivers were fantastic, and there were no issues throughout the journey. I highly recommend Happy Shuttle for their excellent customer service and reliable transportation.

Prompt service , timely and professional

This was the first time we have used Happy Cancun. The service was good, though we had to wait longer than we normally do. It would be great if the booking option, had the Garden Lobby of Royal Sands as an option as there was a mix-up where to pick us up for the transfer to another hotel. Overall it was a good experience. Drivers were kind and professional.

La experiencia con la compañía fue buena, la coordinación y puntualidad también. Solo me hubiese gustado que los choferes que te transportan fuesen más simpáticos, en el camino al hotel igual que de regreso al aeropuerto todo fue silencio, no nos hablaron nada ni siquiera una conversación a cerca de su propio país, de su cultura, de qué lugares visitar en fin nada. Creo que en ese sentido el recibimiento de parte de ellos debería mejorar.

Happy Shuttle is always on time and a flawless ride to and from our destination. Clean vehicles, great A/C, and super friendly drivers. We use them on every trip to Cancun.

Happy shuttle was on time, safe and reliable. The only issue was I pre-ordered beer and waters, and they did not have them, the driver had to stop at a store to get it. No problem though.
For departure we scheduled a 9am pick up, and they were there at 8:55am, which gives you peace of mind.

Excellent communication. Had a small wait at Cancun airport but once our shuttle arrived the trip to resort was fine. The return was excellent. Driver arrived timely in a very clean and cool van. Excellent service. I don’t hesitate to recommend.

Was all good and on time. However the driver on our return trip to the airport was too aggressive and followed way too close. I finally asked him to slow down and back off because he was scaring me. To his credit, he slowed down and backed off and we had a pleasant drive.

Once we found the Happy Shuttle Representative they were very friendly and informative. We only had to wait about 15 minutes for the driver to arrive. During that time the Representative reserved our return arrangements. The driver was friendly and got us to our destination quickly and safely. Our return driver arrived to pick us up 10 minutes early and was also friendly.
We had a great experience using HappyShuttle and would definitely use them again. After you come out of Cancun airport there are people everywhere trying to get you to use their ride service and it was nice knowing we had everything prearranged with a reputable service provider.
The price was very reasonable and competitive. Great experience overall.
