Tuvimos la PEOR EXPERIENCIA con happy shuttle 👎 contraté viaje REDONDO y PRIVADO, el día que debían recogernos en el hotel para llevarnos al aeropuerto, llegó el chofer a recogernos, confirmó mi nombre y la cantidad de personas y cuál fue mi sorpresa que montaron otra familia en el carro, le dije al chofer que yo había pagado un carro PRIVADO, el chofer me volvió a decir que a él lo habían enviado para recogernos, me dijo que me comunicara con happy shuttle, y si nos poníamos a comunicarnos con ellos en el hotel, corríamos el riesgo de perder el avión, entonces nos tocó compartir el carro con otra familia,
Cuando íbamos rumbo al aeropuerto, logré comunicarme con happy shuttle, les dije lo que estaba pasando, que yo había contratado un transporte PRIVADO, y que al ellos INCUMPLIR lo contratado, lo legal sería que me regresaran la diferencia de dinero y NO LO HICIERON, ellos dijeron que nosotros nos habíamos subido al carro equivocado, yo les dije entonces porque el chofer traía mi nombre, la hora de la recogida, cuántas personas era mi núcleo familiar, les comuniqué con el chofer y él les confirmó lo mismo que a él lo enviaron a recogernos . happy shuttle NUNCA ME SOLUCIONARON NADA, NO ME REGRESARON MI DINERO, LA PEOR EXPERIENCIA Y LA PEOR EMPRESA DE TRANSPORTE EN CANCÚN, en las otras veces que hemos viajado a Cancún, contrataba México Travel Solution y siempre tuvimos una excelente experiencia, y me dejé guiar por los supuestos “buenos comentarios “ de happy shuttle y quise probar con ellos, aparte sus vana son viejas y la que nos recogío en el aeropuerto estaba estrellada la parte de atrás. No los recomiendo, son LA PEOR TRANSPORTACION que he contratado.

Tras revisar nuevamente la información disponible sobre su caso, nuestros registros indican que el servicio asignado por Happy Shuttle no correspondía a un traslado compartido. Asimismo, nuestro conductor permaneció en el punto acordado y nuestro equipo brindó seguimiento durante la incidencia reportada.
Durante nuestra investigación identificamos diferencias entre los registros operativos y la experiencia descrita en su comentario, por lo que entendemos que la situación pudo haber generado confusión y frustración, especialmente considerando la necesidad de llegar puntualmente al aeropuerto.
Aun así, lamentamos que su experiencia no haya cumplido sus expectativas y agradecemos que se haya tomado el tiempo de compartir sus comentarios, ya que nos ayudan a seguir mejorando nuestros procesos y la comunicación con nuestros pasajeros.

We had a great experience! Happy Shuttle was reliable and on time for our Cancun airport pick up to our Akumal hotel and from the hotel back to the Cancun airport. Both rides had a private van that was air conditioned and comfortable. The preordered beers and waters were available and ice cold. The reservation process was simply and easy. They communicated before our trip arrival. Happy Shuttle was recommended to us by friends who use them. I recommend them!

Upon arrival to the Cancun airport we…waited and waited, and waited some more!
Upon arrival to the Cancun airport we waited over 45 mins for a car to take us to our resort! It was complete disorganized mess! We were asked to check in with someone with a clipboard and they had dozens of ppl waiting. I legit think they forgot all about us. We went up to them several times asking what was going on with our transfer and they kept saying the airport was busy and lots of traffic.
I really had to stand my ground. Other ppl said they were waiting only 15/20 mins. NO TRAFFIC when we left at all, I was concerned, but our pickup at the end of the vacation was on time. I won’t book with them again.

I purchased ferry tickets through the…
I purchased ferry tickets through the shuttle company and it was fine going out to the island but on the return the ferry office would not honor the paperwork the shuttle company gave us.
The shuttle company did not reimburse us or even get back to us in regards to our request.

Always use happy shuttle. They are always on time. The staff are friendly and helpful and speak good english.
The prices are great and we love the sevice, the drivers answer our questions and give us an informal tour guide and history of location. It helps pass the time on the drive. Highly reccomend the service. we won't use any one else.

Top notch service. The attendants were well marked and trained to secure your ride with no issues. The drivers to and from the airport were friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The vehicle was clean and very comfortable. We will use their services again.

Drivers were very friendly and welcoming. It did not take long to secure a car and head off to the resort. Pick up from the resort was smooth and the driver even slowed down so we could take pictures of the street art. This is and will be my preferred company to use when in Mexico. Can't wait to get back!

Koszmarny powrót na lotnisko
Odbiór z lotniska do hotelu poprawnie choć minivan był w opłakanym stanie. Problemy się zaczęły przy podróży powrotnej. Pomimo ustalonego online terminu i miejsca, samochód nie przyjechał. Po kilku telefonach i korespondencji tekstowej dowiedzieliśmy się że są jakieś problemy. Oczywiście nic z tych tłumaczeń nie było prawdą a jedynym problemem jest brak organizacji pracy podwykonawców. Po 1,5h czekania już dogadywaliśmy taksówkę na lotnisko ( oczywiście za koszmarnie wysoką cenę jak wyczuł taksówkarz że jesteśmy w potrzebie) ale samochód nadjechał. Na ostatnią chwilę zdążyliśmy na lotnisko.

Nice surprise to see a very nice Black SUV pick us up.
I was surprised that my ride was a nice black SUV as I didn't order a black car. The driver couldn't speak much English, but he did understand when I asked if he could stop at a Pharmicia along the way. He was very accommodating to stop for us and I was able to get several of the medications I needed there. The drivers was very professional and drove safely. My only issue was how much the cost of shuttles to the resorts were. This was with every shuttle service. They are price gouging tourists. I was willing to take shared shuttle as in the past, but I was told they didn't have any more and we go 1- 2 times a year. So Im not sure if that was a misunderstanding or they did get rid of shared shuttles.
