Egal, wann man ankommt - auch wenn der Flug Verspätung hat - mit Happy Shuttle Cancun ist man gut aufgehoben. Es war einfach, die für uns zuständige Frau hinter dem Ausgang des Flugplatzes zu finden.
Sie hat uns zu dem Fahrzeug und Fahrer geführt, und 25 Minuten später waren wir schon an unserer Unterkunft. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist fair.
Freundlicher Fahrer, der Englisch spricht.

Our experience was "fine" - we ended up getting to our hotel safely. We had to wait in the shuttle waiting zone for almost 30 minutes, and the employees seemed to avoid us while we waited, vs giving us proactive updates. The driver was friendly and the van was clean. No extras - water, etc - to welcome you. I will probably go with a different company on my next trip to Cancun.

We always use Happy Shuttle. Have never had an issue. Always on time and ready. Have experienced great drivers and simple booking process. Have called them several times for things and you can actually talk to someone as well. We will only use Happy Shuttle.

From the booking process to the travel reminders and confirming all of our travel information, this shuttle company was incredibly thorough and made everything so easy for two people visiting Cancun for the first time. Was 25 minutes late picking us up for flight home. Had to call and find out why

My flight was 4 hours delayed and i had to get to the ferry to cozumel before the last one. I told the attendant at the cancun airport that it was a rush, but they put other passengers ahead of us and our driver finally showed up 1 hour later. No sense of urgency. My family of 5 barely made it to our boat.

Happy shuttle will always be my goto for airport transportation. The service was excellent for both to and from the airport and the drivers rocked.

Don’t pay for the more expensive option. It is just a different vehicle. We thought it included alcohol. It was $100 more.

Great service - professional, on-time, safe transportation to and from the airport.

They are not reliable and should not be counted on for return transport. While we had a great experience with Happy Shuttle from the airport, for our return trip, they just didn't show up to pick us up and when we tried to contact them for assistance, they took a long time to respond and offered no alternatives. We had to pay extra to another service and almost missed our flight since they had taken so long to respond. I would strongly recommend an alternative.
