Good price quick delivery

Always excellent products and service. Very good prices and everything delivered on time.

On the 20th Feb I ordered some birdseed, and after enquiring today (as I had heard nothing re when order would arrive) I discovered my order had got 'lost in the system'. They gave me a full refund, but...in January the same thing happened. An IT issue I was told, and I ran out of birdfood and had to buy it at the supermarket (and ended up paying much more). This company used to be so good, but even my December order was really late. I will probably not use them again.

First time I’ve used HB for supply of sunflower hearts. I’ve used hearts for years and have a healthy following of gold and greenfinch. Regrettably the seeds are being cast onto the floor and left by the birds, which is something that has never happened. The product is obviously sub standard.

This company took my money for the order which never arrived. They say the order number isn't valid and they can't do anything more about it.

Bombarded with emails and the unsubscribe doesn’t work

Dreadful customer service. I placed and paid for an order for suet pellets and mealworms totaling £38.40 on 16/05/25 which qualified for same day despatch and free next day delivery, and I am still waiting for despatch of the goods. I have e-mailed them 6 times now with little response. I have not even received an e-mail conforming despatch and providing a tracking number so I know my order has not gone missing in transit. I will not be recommending Happy Beaks to any of my friends!.

been buying seeds and nuts from Happy Beaks for many years and the order has always been delivered very fast. I have found them to be an efficient company and they keep you in the loop all the way through. An excellent company. Thank you

Great price easy ordering and quick delivery

I've used Happy Beaks many times. Good quality feed, good prices

However, the last few deliveries (via Yodel) have just got slower and slower

Latest order was placed 10 days ago. Still not arrived and still no notification as to when to expect delivery.

2 emails only got a response that "its with the courier"

Yodels tracking says "we're very busy at the minute"
Oh really? Didn't expect it to be busy at Xmas then?

I buy from Happy Beaks regularly and it would appear to be a quality product as the birds are waiting every day for their breakfast

Ordered bird seed and money taken and was informed it had been dispatched. No seed arrived so contacted Happybeaks. They said they had no record of the order and would sort it. Money refunded! Tried to contact customer services and after a request for more info was blocked. Tried to contact them using another email that too was blocked. Not phoning as they charge. Won’t use again.

Happy beaks are brilliant. I had a few problems with a recent order they are quick to reply to my emails to get it sorted out I don’t buy my bird food anywhere else. And the prices are reasonable

Recieved a broken tub of fat balls on 2 occasions but both replaced without delay.

I always buy no grow and would not buy anything else, I am really pleased with it. I would like to place another order but you do not seem to have any stock in bird seeds . Are you closing down ?

I have nothing but good things to say about happy beaks. The songbird and robin I order the birds love. No waste at all. The gripe I have is with the delivery driver. Last time he deRove past the house which has our house name in big letters and deposited my 28kgs at No10 up the road. After trailing around I eventually got it albeit I had to wheelbarrow it down the road. No easy task after a hip replacement.Yesterday my order again for the same product and size was due. I got a phone call from driver shouting where was my house. Using the word s—t in every other word including calling his sat have the same word he eventually turned up he was only a few hundred yards away on our private road. Still raging and using the s—t word I got the parcel and then he jumped in his van and I had to tell him his back doors were still open. Door opens driver still swearing he was foreign and maybe that is the only English word he knows got out slammed back doors shut and then drove off like a bat out of hell. Some may say hilarious situation I say he was just very rude!,.whsts the matter with people if you don’t like your job then don’t do it.

Ordered “next day delivery” 25k no grow bird seed. A week later called (luckily not on 0871 number at 41p a minute). Thy could not find order. After giving all payment details eventually found the order. Was told order would be sent by return.
No delivery - called them again - told could not find order but money refunded. At time of writing this no seed nor money.
No wonder reviews so poor on here.

I feel conned. Paid £9.99 for ONE suet block. You usually get ten for that price. I enquired if the price was correct and the answer was yes. I could return the suet block at my cost. I didn’t trust them to receive the package back

Lost my custom forever. Disgusted a large company can act like this.
