Absolutely thrilled. My boy hated having the leash put on and would become very stressed before walks. This harness and leash has been a game changer. It fits well, looks really good, is of very high quality and I couldn’t be happier. Maybe the guys at OurPetsLife could consider a shorter leash? Love it.

I brought some dental wipe from a shop in London. When I got home they were mouldy.expiry date is 2029. London is a 3 hour drive away, so I contacted Our Dogs life for assistance. One month on and no reply or even acknowledgement..

Customer service/retention really really crap. 👎🏻

Bought two Petsie small toothbrushes for my dogs. Very happy with the toothbrushes, doing a good job with dogs teeth. However I have been trying to buy the small replacement heads for a few months & can't get them anywhere. Did send message but no response. Not much use if you can't get the replacement heads.

Great product - environmentally sound. I'm in control of delivery frequency.

Terrible company…they don’t care about their customers, lie and don’t pay their vendors either

If l could give OurPetsLife.co.uk no stars l would. Ordered spray for my dog’s itchy paws on 10th January. It said orders would be sent out in days not weeks. Had initial order confirmation then nothing. Contacted them on 20th January. Said l would receive reply in 48 hours. But nothing! So have sent 2 further messages today by the only way you can contact them. This time I took screen shot and videoed the send process as proof for my bank. Appalling service and appalling customer service. Do not use this company. They like your money but have little interest in fulfilling order or providing even adequate customer service.

Four times I have now contacted our pets life, two subscription orders paid by myself and not fulfilled,
I have used these for a good period now but my trust has gone and when you can't even contact them to speak to them is so bad. I will be shopping locally now.

Will be ordering more

Order never received. It's been nearly three weeks. No responses to any of my 4 emails chasing them. It's looking like they've taken the money and run.

I found what I wanted and with good price

Super fast delivery. A couple of days from ordering to receiving it. Fabulous. I love their Pooh bags; great quality and I know that they are fully compostable. Highly recommended.

Dogs starting to look good after just one bottle. Will be ordering more in the future. Thanks

Terrible customer service, been waiting for a response from them for a while now.
Ordered the dental care kit on the 17th for next day delivery, still waiting for it too be delivered and the company just doesn’t get back to you. So I’m now out off pocket and with no items received.
Wouldn’t recommend as no guarantee will receive items you have paid for

Noting delivered yet despite being advised goods shipped

My order took longer than expected, though this was no fault of Our Pets Life—Evri simply doesn’t usually deliver to my address. However, what I find unacceptable is the complete lack of communication. On three separate occasions I contacted Our Pets Life using three different email addresses, and not once did I receive a reply. With no phone number available to reach them, this is disgraceful customer service.

I’m relieved that Evri eventually managed to deliver, albeit very late, but this experience has left me disappointed. Due to the lack of contact and support when things go wrong, I will not be using Our Pets Life again.

Package well abd not too long for delivery

I tried to place an order. Sadly out of stock.
I keep getting bombarded with emails to complete my order. Obviously I can’t if out of stock. I contacted help desk to see when back in. Guess what no reply. Am disgusted with this Company. Such a shame as my dogs loved the treats.

Amazing value for money and responded to my request for next day delivery.

Following my previous terrible review, I received a charming letter and was told I would receive a full refund but it might take ten days.I DID get the refund. But the 'it might take ten days' bit puts me off and it should deter you too, since it hints at serious financial downslide. They trade under different names and I hope to avoid all of them in future.
