I have been a tenant of Guinness Partnership since 2021, and my experience has become increasingly concerning. I have raised concerns about how I have been treated, the accuracy of statements made about me, the handling of my complaints, and serious concerns regarding the use and disclosure of my personal information. Despite raising these issues properly, I feel they have not been properly addressed. Instead, I received further correspondence containing allegations that I dispute, including references to potential criminal action and seeking possession of my home. I find it extremely concerning that, while asking for the conduct of staff and handling of my complaints to be properly investigated, I am instead facing further allegations that I strongly dispute. This review reflects my own experience and I have evidence to support the matters I have raised. I am asking for proper investigation and accountability, not threats and lies.

Was really helpful and friendly and really helped me carm down on the phone when I got a little upset about things. Was very understanding for my situation and made me feel heard.

Almas, was great, she answered all my questions and explained how she would escalate our enquiry about the parking bays and the guttering.

For my experience with Guinness partnership is that there are many times that I've left so many messages and in return they say within 2 working days they say they would call me but they never return a call to me after the 2 working days? And that is my really serious concerns why Guinness Partnership don't give their customers a phone call?

My call was answered quickly by a polite gentleman regarding reporting a repair. Repairs were booked in efficiently.

Dhanish was very helpful was able to book my repair in. He explained the video call and took time to report each repair for me.

I liked that I was listened to about my damp in my property, and that they have said they are going to get to the root of the problem father than just clean it, which is what was done in the past. I also enquired about a new kitchen due to living here for 20 years and this one is not in the best condition, so the lady I spoke to is passing on my details for someone to contact me about this, so hopefully this can get sorted out.
