This housing association is one of the most corrupted housing association by exclence in the country,they allowing their scam contractors pcm parking to fine tenants because they forgot or misplaced their permits...
Despite explaining the situation to the corrupted housing association guinness, they are siding their scam contractor and their illegal actions against tenants.
Their scam pcm parking found posting the yellow parking fine through letter box which is illegal by law... The corrupt Ceo of guinness partnership housing association is finding this behavior of pcm legal
the parking restrictions to stop people from outside to park but funnily enough only tenants getting tickets now
They are corrupt housing association bribed trust pilot to delete bad rating, from bad ratings now to excellent....!!!
What a scam

Faye was very patient, helpful and friendly. A pleasure to speak with her.
Faye went above and beyond to find relevant information for me.

My elderly mother has had no light working in the bathroom since September when she was told by an advisor to simply use the light from the window or get an extension cord from another room and use a lamp in there. The lady I spoke with today was kind and helpful (Blessing) Formal complaint logged

Didn’t have to wait in a long queue to speak to a human every thing was dealt with, with ease, respectful, efficient.

I just spoke with a really lovely lady who went above and beyond to help me in my state of distress. I have a leak in my bathroom and she has raised the job as an emergency and really dealt with the call on such a caring and compassionate way. I asked for her name which was Shaz as I wanted to give good feedback, we live in a world where complaints are made every day but good feedback doesn’t happen as often as it should when things go well and today really did go well due to shaz doing a great job. I’d like shaz to be recognised for her work it’s always nice to be told you’re doing a great job and she really is. Thank you shaz im now hoping the next part is as smooth as this was.

Today I spoke with Haydar (Mo) at Guinness about not having an update from my Liasion Officer Amy or anyone regarding the smoke alarms in my block of 14 flats. The one on my landing had a faulty battery causing the alarm to sound and after an emergency visit by Gas who checked all smoke alarms and saw that some only had part of the unit and most had no batteries.
Mo went through his security checks as I had given my PPN prior to talking to him. Mo was polite and professional and listened which is always helpful. He sent an updated email to Amy telling her I would like a call. He asked if I could hold while the followed up the job itself. He came back to say that gas people would call out this afternoon up until 5pm to replace batteries. I will be in but it’s unlikely that they will call on me.
Today was a good day as my call was answered in 5 minutes.

Gill was amazing. Made sure everything got booked in asap, even spoke to my elderly neighbor to ensure she got the right help. From plumbing to making sure a welfare check is done as she is vulnerable with no family help. Thanks Gill
