I would like to provide feedback regarding the support I received today from two members of staff at Guinness Housing Group: Natalie Campbell and Paul Spellman. I rate them both 5 STARS!

Natalie Campbell was exceptionally helpful. She showed genuine empathy, understanding, and kindness throughout the conversation. She went out of her way to assist me, and her approach made a difficult situation feel much easier to manage. Her manner was warm, patient, and reassuring.

Paul Spellman was also extremely supportive. He listened carefully to every issue I raised, showed patience throughout, and took clear action on all the points discussed. His professionalism and politeness were evident, and his willingness to help was greatly appreciated.

Both Natalie and Paul demonstrated a level of service that truly stands out. They are an asset to Guinness Housing Group.

However, I must also highlight the ongoing challenges in accessing support from Guinness more generally. It is often extremely difficult to get through on the phone, with long waiting times that can exceed 45 minutes. The automated options are not always relevant, making it hard to reach the correct department. Additionally, not all staff members handle calls or complaints with the same level of care and professionalism shown by Natalie and Paul.

Their excellent service today should be recognised, and it also shows the standard that all residents should consistently receive.

The standard of gardening services is non existent. Weeds left grass overgrown wall gardens not maintained. Residents are paying to have gardening done at their own cost despite already paying guiness for the service.

Sam Eastwood was extremely helpful. Very insightful and let me know all of my options and how to move forward with my query.

Excellent service this time makes a change

Very friendly service all problems noted correctly on the phone.
Inside Tradesmen polite and explain processes well
Unfortunately, outside tradesperson did the wrong thing job and although noted to do rear guttering, he said he couldn’t be bothered and could come back another time. (Heard and viewed in CCTV)

Fantastic service. Was dealt with by polite helpful member of staff sorted my issue. Every time I have contacted guiness they have been excellent.

Quick response backed up with phone calls to make me aware that the repair had been logged and added that due to the nature of the problem it would be raised to urgent.the problem was addressed later just a couple of hours after the phone calls. Excellent service.
