Gill was amazing. Made sure everything got booked in asap, even spoke to my elderly neighbor to ensure she got the right help. From plumbing to making sure a welfare check is done as she is vulnerable with no family help. Thanks Gill

Repairs, ASB, anything - my neighbours say they will not make contact with Guinness. And from my considerable experience, I cannot say this is the wrong way to try to keep yourself safe in a Guinness property. I had to take a break from the Guinness complaints procedure because Guinness made me too ill with unauthorised alterations to the basement and were, are, trying to make me complain in order to drive change and further unsuitable alterations at their property. Guinness have once tried to claim my Trustpilot reviews are a report of damp and mould and that they had this conversation with me (that confirmed they wrote in their notes that I knew it was a report of damp and mould). Always trying to gain procedural advabtage and avoid liability that addressing the problems with the property directly without a false narrative and one tenant to dump on as always would presumably cost them. Guinness have been ignoring my Trustpilot reviews for years. Until it suits them to manipulate and create false narratives they can run with to protect themselves and try to leave responsibility for as much as they can with tenants as always.

The person I spoke to on the phone was understanding and seemed genuinely keen to help with my issue.
Unfortunately I am still getting contacted about the same thing and have had to contact again to try and solve this issue.

I have experienced anti social behaviour at Beechcroft Salisbury Terrace Teignmouth ,I have reported a neighbour taking drugs ,banging doors,firm alarms going off from the neighbours flat , terrible experience ,I have known put my notice in , Guinness Partnership will hopefully evict the tenant causing all the mayhem on the Scheme and his associates visiting the scheme causing anti social behaviour

The company are employing really good staff and I dealt with Sam and she was extremely helpful and happy, she also showed a lot of patients. She is without doubt a real credit to the company

Gill was the Customer Service Representative, who listened and was able to respond promptly with my concerns. She was able to resolve a situation that had been going on for months. I am so happy that there are staff that actively listen and are able to manage complaints in a professional way. I spoke with Shaz, regarding repairs who was polite professional and friendly. Shaz was very patient and expressed empathy towards my situation and that made me feel welcome and at ease. Appointments were agreed and my experience was super satisfactory.

Very friendly and appointments made while I was on the phone

Raised a repire request on the app, phoned within 12 hours to ask for a video call to show the issue and have the repair all booked.
