Had a phone call today from you a lady I spoke to was very helpful and sorted out a repair and booked it in she was very polite and im happy with the phone call

The person that helped me with my problem alarm system had done everything possible for a repair technician to visit the home and rectify the problem.She was very caring and professional at the same time.I personally will give her due credit.

Sam L was very kind and helpful when I called to report a fault with the trade button. The line became cut off halfway through the call but she called me back so we could continue.

Got home from work on Friday 18th September to find the back window of my car smashed no note on it .After knocking on multiple doors to see if anyone saw anything, finally found a lady who saw it happen and informed me it was done by the gardeners that morning and multiple residents saw them taking photos of my car.I rang Guinness up at 15.55 and was told no one had reported it and they'd ring me back .Unfortunately no one rang back so I rang back at 18.00 and got them to log the incident. Got a voice mail on the Monday morning admitting the incident but with held number so I couldn't ring back ,so had to ring Guinness back to say I needed there insurance details and a number to ring them on .got another voice message later that saying it had been passed to there insurance and there dealing with it. Spoke again with Guinness and they said someone would ring me straight back from there insurance but no phone call .Rang back today (Tuesday 22nd)and was told because it was a accident the insurance would not be paying for the damage and it was down to me to pay .I now have to go to a solicitor and ombudsman. My car was unsecured and still 5 days in only has tape covering the window and all the back seats covered in glass .

I can not fault the customer service team. Always cheerful, very polite and helpful. 5 *
