I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding customer service I received from the Guinness representative I spoke with.
Unfortunately, I did not get her name, but she was exceptionally polite, kind, patient and professional. She listened carefully to my complaint, took all the relevant details, and spoke to me in such a calm and reassuring manner.
Most importantly, I never felt that I was being fobbed off or that my concerns were being dismissed. She was knowledgeable, genuinely eager to help, and dealt with the matter efficiently. She was able to address the issue and raise it as an emergency, for which I am extremely grateful.
Her manner and professionalism were truly reassuring at a stressful time. She is an excellent example of what good customer service should be, and I hope Guinness will be able to identify her and recognise her for the exceptional service she provided.

The person I spoke to on the phone was so helpful and and had empathy for my problem, she wanted to make sure I was safe due to antisocial behaviour from my neighbour and she went above and beyond

Nomana was the advisor and was quick and efficient. Gave answers clearly and information in regards of query.
Customer service was excellant.

Got through to customer services quickly . Gill , the operative who answered our call , was extremely helpful , courteous and professional and talked us through the repair booking process with great patience.

Calling them the person was great and resolved this instantly. Despite the inconvenience with the form, the issue has been resolved instantly after phoning.
I initially reported my issue via form, however the person could not read or understand my clarification on the “shared door into the entrance of the building/block to which people keep entering and doing drugs/alcohol” and they responded regarding “MY front door” and how the replacement previously was complete

The customer service was excellent. I speak to someone today. He was very professional. I am happy for this service thank you.

I spoke to one of the members of staff over the phone and she was incredibly kind, patient and helpful She took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly making the whole process much easier for me.
