The guys were friendly and helpful. Delivered the raised bed and put it in a suitable place as requested. Great service.

I think this is the best garden centre I have ever been to. I would come again but we live 200 miles away.
Great selection of healthy plants, good variety of seeds and the open boxes for pick your own runner beans and onion sets etc . . . amazing!

Our delivery arrived at a good time in the morning. The crew were polite, friendly and really helpful. They carried heavy sacks of compost down some steps onto our lower drive and helped us to stack them in our outdoor storage box.
Their cheerful friendliness gave us a great start to our day. It was a great experience in every way!

IVY HOUSE CAFE
Lady at food order point was extremely surly impatient and clearly did not want to be there. She later brought out our food and drinks which were slammed onto table without a smile and a mumbled thank you! Shame because younger staff member very pleasant when I spoke to her.

Ordered some hedging stock in Feb 2024. Its been 15 months and only one failed. Really well priced and high quality stock

Excellent the young men who delivered my goods were kind and helpful. I’m thrilled with my new spade.

From ordering our table and chairs on line and receiving them it was only a few days. Amazing. The only thing was not knowing roughly time of delivery. Letting us know whether a.m or p.m would have been helpful but as it was I was in all day anyway but next time I will ask.

Great family run local business. Good selection of plants and everything you need for your garden. Lovely staff, always helpful and cheerful. Delivery drivers quick, efficient and pleasant to deal with.

No annoying plastic, packed beautifully and arrived in good condition. Extra notes included. I will certainly look at this web site again.

My order was processed and delivered promptly. The plants were well packaged so they arrived in optimum condition. The information leaflet about plant care was very useful. I will definitely use Groves Nurseries again in the future.

Easy ordering, spot on delivery

I recently received a gift of a climbing rose from Groves Nurseries, it arrived well packaged and in beautiful condition. Also ordered a gift voucher as a present, this was both easy and quick to do.
