Groves Nurseries Anmeldelser

Prompt delivery and placed exactly as required. Very competitive price

An excellent experience from start to finish, culminating in very, very helpful delivery personnel who could not be bettered in their kindness and cheerful service in delivering a difficult load. Many, many thanks.

Excellent friendly helpful service, goods delivered to my home exactly when expected and unloaded without fuss

The item we purchased was from the point of ordering delivered promptly, at the scheduled time, was undamaged and left in a safe place of our choosing reflecting an excellent ordering and delivery service.

Grove Nurseries was the ONLY place in the UK online who had a 2kg specific branded food for my dog AND who could delivery right away!! I ordered from Kenya as we were away and it was delivered to the person looking after our dog IN TIME!

Thank you 🙏

My husband, who was a keen gardener, is now disabled and reliant on me pushing him in a wheelchair. We have a gardener who will plant what he buys. He enjoys visiting garden centres and choosing plants.
We visited Groves today. He wasn't able to look at the roses or trees, both of which he wanted to buy.
I wasn't able to push the wheelchair on the gravel paths. It was impossible and I was stuck trying to get him back onto a solid pathway. It spoilt the outing for us both as it isn't very wheelchair friendly.
The staff and the plants are excellent though!

Easy ordering - delivery quick and efficient - the two gentlemen that brought my slate were eager to please, courteous and friendly - couldn't fault any of the process

Very helpful and friendly phone staff who helped me get through being an idiot trying to place my online order.
The delivery service is second to none. Absolutely helpful, siting products where I need them. Keeping me advised of their ETA, polite friendly and helpful.

Did I say..... Polite friendly and helpful service.
I've ordered twice now, and each time I have been impressed by the service.
Highly recommend

Wow!! The violets arrived quickly and extremely well packaged, packed with straw to keep them safe.
There is a lovely selection of named plants and they are a really good size and healthy plants!!
I am very impressed with Groves.

Good quality, well priced products, delivered on time by two excellent members of staff.
What’s not to like?

Easy to purchase Goods ,Pay and arrange delivery.

Looking for a gift voucher for a birthday gift. Messaged the garden centre who were quick to reply and helpful.

Thanks for your service

Organised delivery, everything neatly stacked on my patio. Thank you very much!

the lads did a great job with our delivery on a very hot day

Order was delivered on time and contact with staff in store and delivery was fine

we had our ordered delivered the two people who brought the stones was very professonel and helpful

So nice to be able to walk around and see so many varieties of different plants at reasonable prices and so well laid out. The choice of roses is excellent and there's plenty of room to walk around without bumping into people. The cafe/restaurant has decent choices and you're dog friendly too. The only minor gripe is that it's sometimes hard to find a member of staff if you have a question.

Lovely lads - excellent service as always.
