Very good price on my composted bark, delivered on time by very nice people

Great service and delivery on time and the guys were friendly and cheerful.

I'm very pleased with the viola odorata collection. The plants are large and healthy, and they were well packed and delivered quickly. One is already flowering - lovely scent - and I'm sure they'll thrive. I'll happily buy again from Groves Nurseries!

Thank you for letting me know as soon as your potato planter tool was back in stock and for sending it so promptly. I'm sure it will be viewed enviously on the allotments!

The website was easy to use and the order placed with no problem.
Delivery was prompt and successful.

Ordered Golden Wedding Rose. Weather in UK was unusually hot. Groves called me to tell me they were delaying delivery owing to the excessive heat. As I live in NW England it wasn't (had loads of rain and not overly hot). Groves sent the rose after I explained. It was beautifully packaged (wrapped in hay in hardy cardboard. It was appropriately marked as a live plant. My friend was delighted as it flowered on her 50th Wedding Anniversary. Fantastic service. I will definitely buy anything from here again.

I bought an item (heavy/bulky) which had to be delivered. The lads who brought it were extremely helpful, cheerful and personable, which is rarely the case with deliveries of the Amazon, etc. type.
Also, they called me earlier in the day to indicate the likely time of arrival.
This was the first time I had dealt with Groves, and was very impressed.

Quick, efficient value for money and really pleasant delivery guys.

It was very easy to place the order - can't wait to see the plants arriving and then planting them into the garden.

Best biscuits. Shame you can"t get them in Basingstoke. I always buy these when I go to Weymouth.

Ordered garden furniture online, delivered quickly. Very pleased

Great friendly customer service and excellent delivery

Excellent nursery. Plants are beautiful and healthy. The delivery was super quick. Very happy!

Delivery arrived bright and early, chaps were happy to take heavy load to back garden for me… extremely helpful - very grateful for their help.

Excellent delivery service. Groves clearly stated that they couldn’t give me a time for my delivery but the men arrived in the morning which was useful. The delivery men were very polite and helpful, asking me where I’d like my bark bags and placing them just where I wanted them in the back garden. I was so pleased as there were 6 70L bags! Thankyou

Everything was very good. From service to the violet plants and the delivery.

Absolutely wonderful customer care. Beautiful and very good quality healthy plants.
Packaging was fantastic and there was no damage to the plants and all the hay was a welcome bonus for my strawberry’s!! Would not hesitate to buy from again or to recommend!
