Customer service was unwilling to resolve a simple glitch on their online platform. Adding a subscription to the basket removes the discount from the one-off summer sale products in the same order. They preferred a “computer says no” approach.

Fast delivery, great Miffy set!

Purchased purely for the Miffy coffee tin, the iced coffee cans are nice and aesthetically pleasing to the eye however, the Miffy tin came slightly dented on the sides due to lack of protection in the box it had been delivered in so I was a little let down. I managed to smooth out the worst of it but in certain light you can still see it so I was pretty disappointed.

Miffy cafetière is gorgeous and arrived so quickly - amazing service and very pleased.

The dark roast and iced coffee (pistachio) tinnies are delicious and the freebies are a nice touch. I'll be ordering again.

Excellent pod coffee machine. Minor gripes are it being a bit noisy and the water tank gauge not being easy to see. But the best machine we’ve ever had.

We love Grind Coffee, we finally feel like we’ve found the perfect coffee, we signed up to the monthly subscription and even purchased extra items along the way. However we’ve decided to cancel hence the 4 and not 5 start due to the price going up from £22 to £27, I find this unacceptable and unfair to people that are repeat customers on a subscription, especially now we have subscribed to the same coffee on amazon for £22 and sometimes even cheaper when offers come about.

I ordered coffee - you delivered coffee. What more do you want me to say about an order? I haven’t yet tried the coffee so I can’t yet comment on its quality, but that’s not what you asked.

Ordered the Pokemon reusable coffee cup on 6th August 2026. Cup was delivered today 11th August 2026. The quality of the finish on the cup is really poor. The paint is scratched all over the cup with small dents on the underside and around the base. There are noticeable scratches around the top of the cup where it looks as though the cup has been used previously. The functionality of the cup is fine. The finish for what is supposed to be a brand new cup is really poor. A disappointing purchase.

Update* 16th August 2026. Raised the issue with customer services who responded exceptionally quickly (within 30 minutes), very easy to deal with and even posted out a new cup without being asked. Cup arrived in much better condition although still a few very minor scratches. Definitely no where near as prominent or as bad as the first. Might be a manufacturing issue with the paint if it is a special edition colour. Regardless updating the rate to a 4 based on the excellent customer services.

The service etc was v.good but the coffee was very strong and not to my taste. I especially completed your 'find the brew for you' quiz and I ordered the recommended coffeee [the more expensive speciality one] and it was far to strong. Have now sourced an alternative blend - Waitrose No. 1 - so will not need any more from yourselves.

The service and quality from grind is outstanding and I have had several orders always surpass expectations
