Absolutely bad customer service they don’t care about anything only money I paid for a year’s membership only for aqua classes lately the teacher yoko is off sick I pre booked did not get a call to say it was cancelled
The new women at reception said it’s not her job to tell phone ne she needs the sack for her rudeness called and spoke to Laurence asked to the manager no one has called me back such bad service

The front reception is not very knowlegable as to the packages or what members are entitled to eg issuing of Day Passes etc.
Very poor customer service and be careful with the Accounts department when trying to leave.

Hello Golds Gym Team. The Receptionist of the Golds Gym is Lawrence and he is Very Nice person and he always talk with Respect and also have very Good Manners. Lawrance helps a lot of Clients when they would like to join our Golds Gym. I love the Gym Equipments and the Wights and all of the Facilities that they have. My Experience for this Golds Gym is extremely nice and welcoming and the Personal Trainers are Very Nice and they support you if you need any Spot the will assist you and show how it done Correctly to invest an injury and don’t hate yourself. The Suna and Steam Room is Nice and the Jackizee is also Very Nice and Relaxing and the Swimming pool is Very Good and well Maintained. My Name is Muzzamil one of the Golds Gym Member.

Joined this week with Laurence, really happy with the staff, equipment, facilities and classes for the price it's amazing! So far I've enjoyed the pool, sauna steam room and jacuzzi and loved Zumba the teacher is really fantastic! Looking forward to using the gym next week and spin class.

This gym is the worst gym I’ve ever came across the stuff are so rude and it’s not safe at all my belongings went missing more than once and the stuff couldn’t help me the manager did not give me his name but he is an Asian man that was so rude and was shouting at me in-front of everyone he made me feel so scared and not safe at all.

Not making it a safe environment for my Muslim sisters.

53 years old been using gyms all my life practically, left virgin to join this gym great sauna, steam always spotlessly clean great selection of weight lovely front of counter staff really enjoy this gym highly recommend

I have been going to this gym for coming up to a year now.
From the moment I started I received great service from all staff. Before i joined had a tour around there was a verity of different equitant and machines.
I was also told about the classes and had a look at the timetable and there was loads of different classes which i now regularly attend.
The ladies changing room is always clean the staff are lovely in there. One thing that is also good is that females and males have their own jacuzzi , steam room and sauna.
Their is also a swimming pool.
I really recommend the gym for people that want to come work out and relax , it has changed my life.

Been a member of golds gym hounslow for 7+ years. Just got banned from the gym for giving feedback that the gym machines are always broken.. The manager needs to leave. Their members are staff do not last long becuase of him.

Golds Gym Harrow is an incredibly good gym with facilities that would match David Lloyd but at a fraction of the price ! The staff are very friendly, the Gym has incredible equipment well spread through different floors giving you the freedom to train! The Spin classes are very high energy & motivating !

I have been going golds gym in Harrow for nearly a year and it the best gym to go to.
The staff are very friendly and professional. Very clean in the entire gym. Brilliant equipment.
I also started spin class with Mukesh as the instructor it’s an amazing experience and the best instructor ever I would highly recommend it to anyone who has never done a spin session.

Attended Iwa's Body Pump class at Harrow on Wednesday evening. Do not be fooled by her petite, pixie appearance as she is as strong as an ox with the will of a Trojan. So as you are drowning in a pool of your own perspiration, those end of class endorphins really do comfort you. Great energy. Great class.

I am a member of Harrow gym and primarily use the swimming pool and jacuzzi. It can be very pleasant if you choose off peak time which I am able to do

When entering this gym (the UK Harrow gym) for the first time you can be fooled into thinking it’s amazing. The building is period, they have original features, workout over several floors…great.

After time you realise that the floors are uneven and a trip hazard, carpet is peeling and you will fall over at least once during your membership, the walls and ceilings are falling apart, lighting is depressing, music is terrible and little to no effort is put into maintaining the building.

There is no ventilation at all, the air in there is stale and dusty, not to mention the room with the leg press is surely a health hazard, no air movement, smells like the pool air is pumped into it, hot and humid.

Equipment often breaks, 2 of the 5 benches there are dangerous to use, they do not lock securely in positions, have buckled under weight before.

The pool is tiny and over chlorinated, the steam room might as well be the source of the next global pandemic, never cleaned, smells damp, often has litter inside, avoid or risk your own health, complaints have been registered and nothing changes.

Staff are generally friendly and welcoming. Cleaners will literally mop under your feet mid set, no regards for your personal space, which is alarming especially due to covid. Management, specifically Radu is rude and a shambles, there are an abundance of reviews name dropping him and his management, why Golds still have him employed is beyond my understanding.

Just avoid this place.

Do not join this gym in hanwell. I cancelled my membership when covid was at its highest, as I could not longer use the gym to its fullest. As covid restrictions have eased and I feel more confident in going to the gym, today I tried rejoining. I wish I could say this place is professional but it’s far from it. They have refused me rejoining on the basis I cancelled my membership before (I got it cancelled because I was right) look you have lost a potential costumer and I will not be recommending this gym to anyone I will be telling them to stay away! There’s plenty more gyms in Ealing 😂😂 Stay away people and keep safe ✌🏽
