Mostly is ok. Sadly the Spam filter is so useless I'm often missing important important.

Wouldn't recommend at all.

Ho fatto una prima registrazione di un indirizzo email, ho inviato un paio di messaggi di prova, fatto alcune impostazioni base, ho fatto il log-out e il login....

Quando ho cercato di fare il login per accedere al mio account, risultavo bloccato, ho scritto all'assistenza e l'account è stato sbloccato, ho riprovato ad eseguire il login e ad aggiungere un indirizzo alias e il mio account è stato definitivamente bloccato per motivi di sicurezza a me ignoti.

Durante la registrazione del nuovo account è obbligatorio fornire un numero di cellulare, ho cercato di registrare un nuovo account a distanza di due settimane, stesso risultato e sempre senza spiegazioni.

L'unica certezza è che hanno chiesto le mie informazioni personali(come il numero di cellulare) e poi mi hanno "bannato" senza dare spiegazioni.

Vuoi vedere che alla fin fine ti offrono un servizio di email gratuito al solo scopo di raccogliere numeri di telefono a scopi di marketing (non autorizzato)....

cela fait plus de 6 ans que j'utilise cette boite mail, très simple d'utilisation et fonctionne normalement comme les autres, je pose un avis car je ne comprend pas les mauvaises note que les autres donne !!

Wanted to find out more about the German company behind GMX.. led me here, pretty odd to have such a low rating.

I've not had a problem in years. Highly recommend it, use both their webmail and an imap client.

I made a gmx.com account, next day it was blocked for no reason :D worst mail service ever

They can address the problem rather than just sending canned responses.

IL VOUS SUPPRIME VOTRE COMPTE SANS AUCUNE RAISON .
AUJOURD'HUI IL ME SUPPRIME UN AUTRE COMPTE EN ME DISANT " NOUS SOMMES DÉSOLÉ QUE RECONTREZ UN PROBLÈME, ETC..." SANS VOUS PROPOSER DE LE REGLER.
ET SI VOUS INSISTEZ ,ET DEMANDEZ PLUS D'EXPLICATIONS, IL VOUS REPONDE ,"LE SERVICE SÉCURITÉ A DÉCIDÉ DE SUPPRIMER LE COMPTE ??"
J'ai perdu des centaines de mails importants, et il ne repond pas quand vous leur demandez de récupérer au moins vos mails...et je passe sur tout les autres problèmes annexes..mails qui disparaîssent , mails reçu en 100 exemplaires ,publicité désagréables , mails qui arrivent avec plusieurs jours de retard, ou n'arrive jamais.
Cette messagerie se trouve en Allemagne, et des informations importantes ne sonts pas traduite en Français.
Si vous avez malheureusement déjà cette messagerie je vous conseille d'en prendre une autre et de récupérer tous vos mails avant qu'ils ne soient supprimer définitivement. Et irrécupérables...

I used a GMX account to automate some emails with Make.com for personal and professional testing. Nothing abusive, no spam, just simple automation of workflows. One day the account was blocked without any warning or explanation.

Since then, every new account I try to create gets blocked almost immediately, even before sending a single email. It feels like I have been completely banned from the system for no reason.

There is no real support, no way to appeal or recover access. Honestly, I cannot trust a service that shuts you out like this. I would not recommend GMX to anyone who needs a reliable email provider.

The App is very bad and keeps disconnecting very frequently.

Randomly block access to email and then permamently ban it. Nice, good job. No reason at all. Please stay away and dont use this. Never had any problems using gmail, microsoft mail or yahoo. Never ever use gmx, thats not normal to get your email blocked, i sent 0 emails from it

Created account and i wanted to see the settings it logged me out. Tried to log back in i was blocked saying system detected irregular activity.
What a joke. Never recommending.

Llevo desde el 2012, utilizando este correo y desde el apagón no he podido acceder a mí cuenta por qué no son capaces de reestablecer una contraseña. PATÉTICO

Imagine having an email address that doesn't receive any important emails. I've lost job opportunities because of this.

DO NOT EVER USE gmx mail for anything important. I almost lost 5 million dollars because I used gmx as one of the backup emails. At first, I thought I did something wrong, so I created another gmx.com email accounts to fix the hack problem. About a month later, all 3 of the gmx.com email accounts, hackers got in and update all the information in the background like back up email and such... HERE IS THE KICKER, I DID NOT receive any email or text notifying me of the changes/update, which led me to believe that it's an INSIDER JOB!

Either way, DO NOT RISK IT!

Awful service . A hacker has changed my password and recovery email.
Gmx simply do not care . Too much stress , I already feel at my lowest point.
Why won’t they help me ???

I am surprised to see so many bad feedbacks as I have been using GMX for more than 10 years with 4 addresses with no problem at all. I chose it for its superior advantages to others, unlimited storage, can join files up to 50 Mb, very efficient spam filter, no ads, opens and performs quickly, and plenty of other services. I also have other providers but they are not half as good.

Leider überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen .... Kundenzufriedenheit und Service Fehlanzeige ... sinkende Netzentgelte und auch der gesunkene Strompreis pro KWH werden nicht angepasst bzw an den Kunden weiter gegeben ....
Profitgier und Gewinne als Firmenstrategie , statt Kundenzufriedenheit .... selbst der eine Stern ist eigentlich noch zu viel .... unbedingt Finger weg .... es gibt seriösere Anbieter !!!!

Would be zero stars if could. Setup account, within 24 hours blocked, "contact support". Support has crap attitude, with little more than "Security" as a reason. I'm certainly doing nothing wrong or breaking any of their policies. Further correspondence just ignored. Go elsewhere.
