I am well pleased with this card this is my 3rd month and I have no issues none whatsoever! My personal rep Michael V checks in often to make sure everything is copacetic,, whenever I have called each csr was helpful and kind no ill mannered rep. I am on a biweekly bill cycle which works well for me as I am still generating business funds. I have had no extra substantial fees! No issues thus far!!

Absolute horrendous customer service. Been a customer for years all of sudden they start charging a monthly fee? Kate fee in top of that. They we will waive the fee if you sign up for plus monthly package of $49 per month m? What?? Pretty sure that’s illegal. I will be closing the account

Worst company... they steal your money... their system make purchases for your company and finish paying ridiculous late fees of more than 1,000.... stay away from here and look very carefully your transactions ... they are assoles

Absolute worst. Do not use for credit or fuel. I was a customer with them for over 2 years, gave them a3k deposit to start. never got it back until i stopped doing business with them. That took over 3 months to return. During time of relationship the offered me a credit card. Balance do at end of every month. I was a 2 days late on a $500 bill and they gave me a $250 late fee! I'm sure its in fine print somewhere? really. over 3 years of spending $2500 a month in fleet fuel this is how I'm treated. no thanks. no stars or negative is what they deserve.

Just like many other of the reviews, I wish I could give it zero stars. This company gave me the runaround for months if I used too close to my credit limit, they would turn my card off if I didn’t pay the full balance in one payment or made two payments they would turn the card off, then they had me make payments and just turn my card off saying that I have to reapply after I paid them $5000 a month for six months I depended on that card and they screwed me and they don’t give a s—t this company should be shut down the predatory lending. I only use them because I had bad credit and they take advantage of that every time I had to contact customer service, which was a lot. Nobody knew what to do to help me. I missed one payment,made it a day late and they shut my card down and told me I had to apply At a later date, so upset that I had to depend on a company like this this company should be shut down. They are predatory lenders do not apply. They are in the business of taking advantage of vulnerable people

If I could give less than 1 star I would customer service was awful had 3 phone calls was put on hold for 10 mins and got disconnected with no call back been told 3 different things on why the app or website does not work would highly recommend choosing a different service

I have been paying Risk Based pricing for almost two years (almost $8,000), due to the fact their online payment portal crashes on a semi-regular basis. When I went to speak with someone in customer service, I was informed they do not make calls from the back office, they only email, which they hardly do. FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!
When discussing which day of the week works best to pay the bill, five people gave me five different days. We have a growing number of professionals in my area looking for fuel cards and I cannot in good conscience recommend a company that can't be bothered to pick up a phone. No worries though Fuelman/Fleetcor, I will be cancelling my account with you and finding a fleet card that at least pretends they care about the customer.
Good Luck to anyone signing up with this joke of an organization.

Worst card ever. I was out of town forgot to pay the card my bill was 4045.00 I was 5 days late they charged me 2070.00 late fee they did reverse I had never been late. This month I get a risk fee assessed of 470.00 for being late the o e time last month, waiting to see if they will credit, however this fee is for being late once and will charge for 3 months are you kidding me.Done I don’t need a credit card that acts like the mafia. With these type of fees stay clear. Of this card. Never heard of this craziness.

I'm being generous with one star! I have been a loyal customer to FM for over 3 years averaging well over 5k a week. Never had an issue with my payments. Earlier this month my employee cards were compromised and charges upward of 14K were made all within one bill cycle! Note my credit limit was only 8K per month. I received no fraud alerts or any warnings. How FM allowed such charges to be approved is BEYOND my comprehension! Upon my knowledge I immediately informed FM of the incident, filled a police report and submitted a claim. Today, I received notification that my claim has been denied and that because I have over 10 cards and didn't have a pro or premium package that I am responsible for the charges?

This company was terrible to work with. they sent out cards that didn't work then customer service has been awful to deal with.
I'm now trying to cancel the card and they are making it very difficult.
I have three calls in to cancel and they keep sending to a different person to talk to. while they are charging there monthly fees.

4 years with this company. And every mi th I have issues. Whether an employees card ia declined or balance is ridiculous and impossible.. it is Feb 10th. In January I made 8 payments total of between 1 and 2000 each payment....on Feb 5th my balance was paid up in get was 2000 negative I even chatted with someone on the website this day for a different reason and she aaod my balance was good and clear. My 7 employees use between 1500 ish to 2000 a week in fuel. On Feb 10th today I go to my acct so see if I need to make a parent of maybe 1500iah to keep balance due low. It shows my current balanced owed is 10,000. IN 5 DAYS??? IMPOSSIBLE. It shows my available balance is NEGATIVE 1400. I look thru all the card activity to see if I see anything out of ordinary NOPE nothing. Regular employee fuel charges totally MAYBE 1000 NOT EVEN. Hit chat with expert... closed cause it's sat. Call customer service number. Explain all to lady she says she has limited access to I need to call back Monday between 8 and 5pm. She SAS could be a. Glitch who know. I say MAAM, I HAVE EMPLOYEES WHO NEED FUEL TO WORK, TODAY IS SAT. THE BALANCE AVAILAVE IS NEGATIVE 1400 AS SHE POINTED OUT, SO WHAT DO I DO IF EMPLOYEES START SAYING THEIR CARD IA DECLINED??? I CANT SHIRUT DOWM MY COMPANY FOR 2 DAYS ALSO I HAVE EMPLOYEES IN DIFFERENT CITYS SO I CANT JUAT GO SWIPE A CC FOR EACH ONE TO GWT GAS. AHE SAYS SORRY AHE CANT DO AMYTHING. So I asked, so fuelman provides cards and services for fleet type companies, so if a compan6tjat uses guelman has amajor issue like this on weekends, they can't gwt any help until Momday? That's terrible. She says yes basically. An hour later I get the first call from an employee..ummm my fuel card got declined.... So not only is this an inconvenience but now fleetcor fuelman is affecting my business and making me lose money. This is I outrageous and unacceptable and terrible business practice. And I just read several articles about Fuelman/gleetcor getting sued/people filing complaints after having undisclosed hidden fees added to their bills/furlman not honoring its claim of saving customers money on fuel cost. Im so done with this company. We have atleast 10 active fuel card, the fuelman maintenance program, the fuelman Mastercard credit card, got all of it. Yet we still can't get assistance when needed a not messed up bill, nor having declined cards etc.

We have 26 trucks. Sometimes we travel long distances my bill can be anywhere from 20-35k a month. We've been around for 3 years and have perfect credit. The problem with fuelman is their website. When we go to pay the bill it will take you to another website. That website to collect payment will say our balance is negative. When 5 a negative balance it will not take payment. We have screenshots proving the payment will not be taken. Then at the end of the month they have feed us for $5000. That's right 5k. The first time this happened they refunded it after many phone calls. But now they tack on a "high risk" fee of 990 dollars a month. Now it has happened again and i can't get an answer. Yes another 5k fee. Calls are atleast 1 hour wait. I have sent several emails out. No reply. Hands down worst fuel card out there. Please apply anywhere else.

The absolute worst experience in the short four months I have been with the company. They’re online system has trouble taking your payments so if you are ever late, they will lock your gas cards. The customer service rep Blake had the audacity to tell me that he was unavailable to help because he was “traveling.” Well, guess what - I was also traveling - when all this happened and had to have my banker wire a payment and it still took them three days to get it all figured out. They claimed the original payment didn’t go through because of NSF although I’ve always carried a balance of over 100K in my checking account. Can’t wait to see what games they play when I cancel my account.
As to your response - don’t even!! you guys didn’t give two craps about my gas cards being shut off and the fact that my installers couldn’t get fuel. My payment didn’t go through and you didn’t inform me until three days later. I had little ability to do anything about it because I was “traveling”. Then, you couldn’t find my wire. Then you told me my fuel cards wouldn’t be restored until the 31st. So, don’t even say that you wished you had had the ability to help me out!!
Update - So I knew they were going to hit me with a late fee…. 316$ late fee!!! And now…. I see a second $39 charge for some “network pricing” that I didn’t authorize. I’ve already switched my fleet so these fellas can eat a d&@&!!
Update - so I’m filing a complaint with the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau. Their credit card charges fees that are not disclosed and their payment platform is “purposeful” in not allowing payments to go through so that you incur their 17.9% late fee.
