This company is a SCAM! Do yourself a favor and stay away. They cannot explain to you the breakdown of your bill and continually pass you from their customer service department to their financial department when asked to breakdown my bill for me. Their invoices do not have a breakdown of fees and their customer service rep was coming up with numbers that were no where to be found on any invoices or statements. 35 minutes on the phone and I got absolutely no where with them. Complete waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and GO ELSEWHERE for fleet management services.

Terrible customer service. I cancelled the account yet they still charged me for their annual exorbitant fees. When I spoke to them they said the account did not get cancelled. Now they are hounding me for the fees.

The rep made sure I understood what I was paying for and the benefits that comes with membership, and other additional information; Rebates, Awards, Road side assistants, gift card, etc. I appreciate this reminder and look forward to enjoying the additional benefits.

Please listen to the reviews!!!! They will charge you late fees before it's even hit your inbox, which is crazy because the same day you get the invoice, they are calling to tell you your late and to pay your balance, even if you have paid your balance you can expect a call. We have tried cancelling this card over 4 times now. Luckily, I have all the call recordings, and case numbers provided that if they don't fix this we will take it to the BBB and or the Attorney General.

Fuelman has supported every aspect of our company. Their customer service team is always available, we have had several credit increases in the short time that we have used them, their online site is easy to navigate and manage. We are very satisfied with them.

Our old company card BuilderPro sold our account to Fuelman and said everything the prior card could do will be exactly the same on the new Fuelman card.
They said transition would be smooth and seamless.
WRONG, we received our new cards 3 weeks ago but are still unable to use them at the pump.
First excuse was that the pin# were not enabled so they were going to correct that. Then the MCC was not programed correctly and was told that would be fixed within 24 hours. This did not happen.
Called again today and explained my troubles.
They said that the MCC was never enabled and assured me another 24 hours to fix.
3 weeks of nothing but trouble...still am unable to use any new Fuelman Cards at the pump.
Pretty sad when we were sent an emailed with "We will be walking you through this transition" THAT NEVER HAPPENED!!!
I'm shopping for new cards, but from the reviews here it sounds like even the cancellation process is stated as difficult and riddled with charges.
Save the aggravation and pursue other options.
UPDATE 10/7/2024 still unable to use Fuelman cards, company did contact our office to resolve issues 7 days ago and we were assured they were sorry for any inconvenience and promised to get the card failures corrected...sadly nothing has changed

As a user this company was ok. They did not provide the discounts promised up front. Once you try to cancel your account, good luck. I have called 4 times, received cancel confirmation emails, however, they still draft my account. If I operated my company this way I would need an army of attorneys. RUN before you sign up!!

Fuelman should be investigated, fined and be hit with a Class Action Suit. This company routinely takes 1 - 2 MONTHS to process and post a paper check payment. That's how I do it. That's how I have done it for 45 years. That's how my accountant wants me to continue doing it. Paper check by mail. I mail it ONE MONTH in advance, and always significantly more than the amount due ( overpay ) and I still get hit with outrageous Late Fees a month later because "We never received your payment". All my other Vendors send me an e-mail acknowledging and thanking me for paying, 3-5 days after mailing it. Not Fleetcor..........1-2 months every time, before they post my paymnet. This company is fraudulent, charges exhorbitnat and illegal fees, and needs to be investigated by the authorities.

I'm a current (hopefully not for long) customer with Fuelman, and if there were a contest for worst experience I have had with infrastructure and customer service, they would take the blue ribbon with insolent ease.
Their past due policies are extortionate (they're literally trying to charge us 17.99%!), and if you pay using THEIR payment portal, it doesn't post until the next day and they count the payment as late if you pay on the due date.
Their website continually runs behind the data the rest of the company uses, so they'll shut off your cards while your view still shows you have remaining credit of thousands of dollars.
The website re-sets employees you've disabled - one of our termed employees has charged over $2K in fuel even though his profile was turned off.
The website dumps you out and you can't get back in until you call customer service and fight your way through the phone tree and verification. I've called them 5 times in less than 24 hours, and I'm STILL not able to get into my account. I'm fuming and I can't wait to find a different solution. I have to call them back again, and I'm dreading it.
Every interaction with customer service is fraught with restrictive policies and form following. There's always some reason they can't help you. They have no interest in acting as a business partner.

So after paying my bill (actually over-paying because I was afraid they would hit me with late fees) and closing my account (cut up all cards)... Here it is July and I get a bill.. I'm like what the??... I closed that account. NOPE.... account still open and a 6.93 charge is now due - today... I just got the invoice today mind you...But that's how this company works... when you cannot perform the impossible, they hit you with late fees... My small unit of a sales rep has stopped responding altogether. Run far away from these people.. they have your credit score by the nuts and they will trash it!!

I asked for information on this fuel service as I own a fleet of service vehicles and just received fuel cards with no knowledge of account made. called customer service to find out what type of discounts or penalties they have, and I just got the runaround. Nick/Douglas just went ahead and never sent an email with info but was quick to open account without permission. watch for the sale pitch as you speak to get info. Keep in mind we already have an account with speedway we are just shopping for good deals for our business.
