After speaking to several representatives touting how we would save money by transferring funds to our checking account, we finally relented to the sales pitch, signed up. First time I used it today to transfer to my Business checking - $25 charge !! this is so wrong, I hate to be suckered like this. Shame on you.

They switched me from my credit line to a debit type of line because of one payment returning which I paid an additional $100 for the day after with no warnings etc. Usually the payment is pulled and the money doesn’t return regardless of what’s in there so I’m unsure why it did this time. I have multiple fleet cards and this is a first. Don’t recommend.

They have been a great solution for us. A very low cost method of using pay as you go to a fleet of 15 vehicles.

Explained how the program works. I had misunderstanding,thought price would change at pump, however discount applied to my account.

I've been using this company for some years now, and really the only reason I use them is because I use their "driver payment" system, that is cheapest and money is received instantly. However, their customer service and IT is just way below the "low intelligence" plank. So, imagine a company that offers credit cards for gas, and vehicle related expenses, but when the card expires they have a company policy "NOT TO SEND OUT NEW CARD". So if you have a common sense, you would think that "bank related/ bank similar" business would monitor its cards and be proactive, and send their customer new gas cards so the business doesn't get interrupted, but no one cares about common sense at AtoB. They say that you have to call, request a new card, and wait 7-9 business days to get a new card. Imagine getting a gas card in weeks...

This is just beyond the absurd. Terrible company, terrible customer service, terrible policy. Must be terrible people who came up with such policies.
