Service was good
Service was good, delivery excellent although delayed by lack of stock. Assembly was not easy but manageable. Some of the pre-drilled holes were not deep enough making hand screwdriver difficult.
Fail to see why use of a power screwdriver would invalidate the warranty

Hi Janet, thank you for taking the time to leave such a great review! We're so pleased you had a good experience with us. Hope to see you again soon! :)
Top notch customer service, highly recommended
We needed a new mattress after many years of bad sleep. Upon entering the Stamford branch of Fitzgeralds we were welcomed by an attentive salesperson who allowed us to lie on many mattresses to road test them! Crucially, she understood our needs and budget, didn’t try to push us into buying anything which wasn’t suitable, and consequently we left having purchased a mattress that has already given us the best night’s sleep in years! Very happy to support a local business in the era of homogenised retail experiences, and would thoroughly recommend Fitzgeralds for its attentive customer service, product knowledge and decent pricing.
