The young man who single handed it delivered a new mattress and took away 2 old ones and a single bed was amazing ! Very “ can do attitude “ polite and very fast - really lovely thank you .

Massive let down
An experience of good and bad
We ordered a special bed for someone coming out of hospital on a certain date, we were promised by the manager in the Spalding branch it would be delivered on or before that date , guess what after several phone calls the answer was no it was going to be a least a couple more weeks !!!!! Pretty stunned really poor service and dreadful after sales , the General manager did however sort it out as was offered the store display instead which was better than nothing . Never will be going to this company again as their word means nothing

Read the T&Cs before you hand any money over.
This company is happy to take money and the service is awful. Promises and promises is all you get after chase after chase. Please, if you do buy a bed from here make sure you read the T&Cs before handing any money over. A very disappointing customer service.

Fitzgeralds beds warning don’t go near this shop
I give this warning to anyone who is about to buy any item from any of their shops DONT the shop owner is happy to take your money but if you have problems YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK we bought a Tv bed from him cost £1,600 it arrived a month later poor fabric which was ripped studs falling out and an end section so badly designed the tele did not lift high enough to see it above your feet and hidden inside the unit so the remote did not work we advised them of problem and was told they would get us another bed after 2 months it arrived every bit as rubbish as the first we asked for our money back as item not fit for purpose and got told No it was our t v that was the problem I don’t see how our t v can be the problem when it was bought following bed manufacturers instructions and I’m surprised he didn’t blame our feet for being in the way we now have a bed with a foot section that won’t even fit the bed as brackets are in the wrong place THE OWNER WILL NOT LISTEN TO ANYTHING YOU SAY ONCE HE HAS YOUR MONEY SAY GOODBYE TO IT FOR GOOD I would like to give him zero stars as he does not deserve 1 star BE WARNED

Hi Maureen,

Good service and excellent delivery time
I walked into the shop and was greeted warmly and given ample information about mattresses. I was given pros and cons of each type. I ordered a mattress and as I had to have one urgently for medical reasons, the lady made it possible to deliver one on the same day. Delivery staff were helpful and courteous.
I am very happy with the service I received. I would use Fitzgeralds again especially if they can deliver in good times.
