Fittleworths greats DPD sooo poor
I have no complaints whatsoever about the staff and the products on a couple of occasions they have gone above and beyond due to DPD not delivering my equipment due to me living in a high rise
They tend to leave it outside the building so Fittleworths brilliant downside dpd delivering it

It may help to download the DPD app, if possible, as it allows you to add delivery instructions directly for your driver and can improve how your parcels are handled.

Failure to reply to emails unless it’s an order.
Fittleworth are happy to respond to an email if it’s an order but as soon as you have a query or complaint about your order they completely ignore you.
This has happened on several occasions and is not just a one off.
